A few days ago returned from this hotel 2 adults and a child of 5 years. This is not the first time in Egypt, we have previously been to several Sunrise hotels and Albatros White Beach (our favorite Albatros is one of the best hotels in Hurghada! ). I chose the hotel from photographs, the main emphasis when choosing was on children's pools and slides!
1. The first and most important thing I want to say is that the Arabs have the most summer season and in this hotel there are% 80 of them, they go with large families and companies of at least 5-6 people, climb everywhere without a queue, upbringing and good manners are simply 0! They are really annoying! I used to think that when there are a lot of "ours" in hotels (who thump and swear loudly and behave like collective farmers who have not seen the buffet... ) it's bad, then after the locals I realized that ours are still flowers...

We arrived at the hotel at 7 in the morning, we were told to wait, they immediately warned that we were not supposed to have breakfast... drinks and buns at the reception saved a little, they said to come at 11 we will be given bracelets and we can go from 12:30 for lunch and in the afternoon they will settle . But sitting for so long even with a 5-year-old child is a kapets, 5 times during this time we approached the reception and asked to check us in, but each time we were told to wait, at 11 we went to the reception because we didn’t have enough strength or nerves! And we also saw how much later after our arrival the Arabs came to the hotel and they were immediately settled... Therefore, we did not wait, went to the reception and said to immediately settle us! We finally went to a meeting... At 12 in the morning we were finally settled, (we asked for gratitude, we gave 10 euros) they gave us a key and 3 cards for towels. They gave a good room on the 2nd floor, room 2136, the room was normal, everything worked, there were no complaints!

3. Food is normal. There are two restaurants, one - for foreigners and Arabs are not allowed there! In the first restaurant, which is always calm for foreigners, there are always tables free, it is a little much smaller than the second restaurant and there is less food here, but there was enough of everything, we mostly went to this restaurant. The second larger restaurant was for Arabs, but foreigners could go there too! There's more space and more food choices too! There were several times but it's terrible, the queues are impossible, the Arabs climb everywhere without a queue. It’s hard to find a free table in an Arabic restaurant, even if you find it, it will stand with dirty plates and a tablecloth, you need to go look for the restaurant workers who clean the food and the second one who sets the tables so that they clean the table... We had such a situation, we found a table with dirty plates, the worker removed the dirty plates in front of us, took off the tablecloth, cut it off, turned it to the other side and put it back on the table, we were shocked. . . I have never seen anything like this in any hotel. . .
UPPIES (JUICES) ARE VERY STRONGLY DILUTED WITH WATER, EVEN ICE IS ADDED TO MILK FOR BREAKFAST... MOSTLY DRINKS ARE GIVEN IN PLASTIC DISPOSABLE GLASSES, SOMETIMES WERE GIVEN IN PLASTIC...
In the snack bar near the pool, the food is disgusting, there is only french fries, it is normal standard, but burgers (if you can call it a bun with a cutlet) are just awful, there is also pizza but there is no meat in it, just tomato paste and dough...

5. On the territory of cool slides for both children and adults, this is a big plus for the hotel!
6. The animation is weak, the animators dance as if they had been drinking all the previous night and cannot stand on their feet... All the staff seem to be frostbitten, no one smiles, everyone is sad and angry!
7. Be prepared that from the first to the last day of your vacation you will be pestered by masseurs, braiders, photographers and other intrusive offers of their services... The last time I already swore with one animator who made me buy a ticket to a foam party for 5 dollars the beginning of the party was at 22:00 on August 8 and we had a flight on August 9 at 6 in the morning... I tell him in Russian that firstly we have a child of 5 years old and he sleeps at this time and secondly we need to pack and we have a flight early in the morning we are taken from the hotel to the airport at 3 a. m. , but he was apparently stupid and just brazenly poked tickets in my face and said that I should go to this foam party of theirs, a couple more minutes and I would have sent him! I have never met such rude people!
8. To be honest, I wanted to go home as soon as possible. . . An excursion to Paradise Island saved us at 8, we left the hotel and returned at 6 o'clock in the evening, at least we had a rest from this Arab fuss. . .

The guide warned us immediately on the first day that beach towels were being stolen at the hotel, that it was better not to leave them on the sunbeds, but to take them with you. in the restaurant and in the room, we didn’t listen to the left towels and on the very first day one towel was stolen from us (I’m sure that this was the work of the workers themselves, since a fine of $ 10 was paid for the lost towel). On the day of departure from the hotel, when there was a check out, we said that one towel had been stolen from us, but, surprisingly, no money was taken from us.

The most important conclusion that we made is to save no more! It is better to pay a little extra and go to a good hotel! All people are different for some this hotel will seem good or even chic, we have something to compare with, so next time we will be more careful in choosing a hotel! If you come across a last-minute tour at a good price and you are not a picky ordinary person - of course, go without even thinking! I think you will like it there, in any case, this is not the worst hotel in Egypt, it is 100%, there are much worse! But we didn’t like it and we won’t recommend it to friends or even relatives ! ! But if you are used to comfort and being treated well then you better find another hotel!
