We went on vacation with a group of 6 people, me with two children, a friend with her son and another friend. Rested from 19 to 31 January. We were already at the hotel at 9 am, checked in, we were fed sandwiches with coffee. At 12 they settled and put on bracelets. The rooms were on the 2nd floor, No. 3205 and 3207. Cleaning without claims, change of towels and linen on request. I want to note the territory, nice and clean, a lot of greenery. There is a mini-menagerie: pelicans, monkeys, turtles. Cleaned, there is no unpleasant smell, in this regard, everything is buzzing. Not very impressed with the sea, or rather its ebbs and flows. finely. The food is ok, quite tasty. Meat, chicken, fish. Good, tasty pastries and desserts. From fruits: bananas, oranges, unripe melon. Wine is normal, alcoholic cocktails - did not like. Children took hamburgers at the pool bar, they said they were delicious. We spent half the time by the pool, as the water is colder in the sea. The water is warmer near the corals, where they were on excursions with scuba gear. Good attitude of the staff, all issues are resolved, the main thing is not to be shy and contact. The staff speaks good Russian. There was animation, but honestly, they didn’t participate, there were a lot of us and we entertained ourselves. We liked the rest, in general, the company is more fun to relax. For the money, and even from winter to summer, it's generally fine. At the time of our stay, the water park was not yet ready, under construction. But I think when they open, it will be an additional plus for the hotel. We want to go to Egypt again, I hope we will definitely come soon and I do not exclude that it is in Hawaii le jardin!
