Let's start with the cons. before the trip, we read reviews about the hotel, which talked about repairs in the rooms - our room was clearly not after a fresh renovation. We checked in and couldn’t take a shower for 2 hours, because there were dark stains on the bed that were wiped off, which means that after cleaning the room and before us, someone was there, there are small spots on the towels that cannot be washed off (on the third day they put up with this), the soap dish is broken. We waited an hour and a half to come to clean the room. Came after the 4th call to the reception. There can be no talk of any bathroom accessories except soap, bathrobes, slippers. Clearly 2 towels per person and the whole service is over. Surprised by the presence of only plastic cups. The glasses were worth their weight in gold, and half of them were broken. It is impossible to get drunk from these 100-gram glasses (I'm talking about water). There were probably 80% of Arabs for the period of our stay, by the end of the holiday there were fewer of them, but the first two days there was a shock from their number and shameless behavior - they crowded in lines, children of 10 people ran up to the bar shouting in Arabic, they were given juices outside queues, etc. The food is really monotonous, but I want to praise the chicken and desserts. There were very few fruits. I did not find any other fruits except grape melon and orange. The aqua park is good, interesting, but there were not enough circles for everyone, and after each descent, the Arabs attacked and pulled the circle out of their hands. Then they passed it on to theirs. That is, it turns out to go down on your honestly hard-earned circle only once from one hill, then again you need to go in search of him, or fight for him))
Now the pluses are a large, very beautiful and very green area. There are fish in the sea, and there are stingrays, and there are crabs. On the last day, we fed the fish with bread, a flock of larger fish sailed. Sunset to a depth of really 15 meters, but it did not bother. The beach is clean and tidy. The water park is really impressive, but above described the problem with circles. The hotel has rabbits, monkeys, pelicans. They can be fed. Interesting entertainment especially for children. The rest of the entertainment is all paid (except for animation). Wi-Fi is available in the hotel lobby, which is already good, but very weak and throws out after 5 minutes. The staff is varied but generally friendly. The presence of 3 pools is also good. Air conditioning in the room worked well, the presence of 3 Ukrainian channels.
Recommendations: buying excursions from locals is cheaper than from Anex, but Anex promises super protection and insurance. I do not presume to comment on how it really is - we traveled through Anex. If you are planning a trip to Luxor, take water with you. Buying souvenirs on the territory of the hotel and next to it is cheaper than their state store (they are taken there on an excursion to 3 stores separately). Need to find tall plastic solid glasses and walk around with them if you want to drink anything from normal glasses? Have a nice holiday!
