отель ужасныЙ НИКОГДА ТУДА НЕ ЕДЬТЕ!!!! Terrible hotel NEVER GO THERE!!!!

1) This hotel was advised to me by the travel agent MOLODKINA LOVE from the Reality Tour agency, who praised it. . . she said that everything is super there! Although in fact everything was bad there! Check-in took place with dollars (otherwise they would have given the room just awful). 2) I didn't like anything in the hotel! the treatment of Ukrainians is terrible! the staff ignored any requests, pretended not to understand. . . impudent, ill-mannered Arabs just swarmed throughout the hotel. . the only thing that is not bad is the area around the hotel (well-groomed, with flowers and palm trees) 3) there were no advantages in the room! there was no hot water to wash the child and yourself. . broken front door. . . there was practically no light in the room, almost all the bulbs burned out! The balcony door did not close at all. . sockets and hair dryer were covered in flies. . . curtains are torn, etc.....4) the food is disgusting! There is no normal food that Europeans are used to! Only what the Arabs eat. . . there is practically no fruit! and this is a five-star hotel! I was just shocked. . . the bartenders have a running line in their eyes - I won’t serve without money, especially those who speak Russian. . . the same can be said about the reception, without dollars, they become completely frostbitten. . . wi-fi is almost non-existent. . . all this brought me to a nervous breakdown and a heart attack! I ended up in the hospital! and was forced to change the hotel, for another hotel, the same cunning and impudent travel agent took the full price !! ! although she had no right to do so! she stupidly divorced for money , at the same time she lied from three boxes to get a ticket to Hawaii Le Jardin Aqua Park5 *. . . do not believe the good reviews about this hotel! It is the hotel management itself that writes them to attract tourists! P. S. The only good thing that was there was the guide Imad! Many thanks to him for his support and help in solving problems! (so that the travel agent does not slander him). . . I was the first time in Egypt and the last! If the hotel management and staff continue in the same spirit, then they will not have guests other than Arabs....
