We arrived, due to a flight delay of 14 hours (Azur Air - I do not recommend), at 12 at night. The hotel seemed just miserable. They fed us, however, and not bad. Quails were very tasty, rice, some salads. Settled pretty quickly. Well, still, they arrived instead of 10 in the morning, at 12 at night. But we got a terrible number !!!!!!! ! 1311. There were no towels, black hair was everywhere, the bed was made, but it is not clear whether it is fresh or not. The lighting in the room is not very bright. But we were not up to cleanliness, we were tired like dogs, we immediately went to bed. At about 3 a. m. in the corridor, someone began to knock either on the door or on the furniture, somehow it was not clear while awake. I didn’t recognize the reception phone, I looked in the room, I didn’t find a directory, nothing like that to call, it’s scary to go out, because I’m alone with a child, you never know who is raging there. In short, the night did not go well. In the morning they began to ask for another room, at the reception there was always no time for everyone, a bunch of guests swirled, the guys did not have time to pay attention to everyone. We wrote to the guide on Viber, he said that he would be in the evening and we would solve the issue with the number. For those who bought excursions from him, the room was changed immediately and with a good view. We had to wait. Changed to a nice room, though the view is not on the pool. But clean and big.
As for the food, everything is great. A very large selection of dishes. There is always fish, there are several types, there is always meat, too, there are several types. There are many yogurts, salted cottage cheese is very tasty, sauces, soups, potatoes, rice, pasta, olives, olives. There were often peaches, melons, dates, apples. Of the sweets, the choice seems to be large, but everything tastes the same. We were given a restaurant that (according to rumors) has always been for the Germans. Since there were VERY many Arabs, we were recommended the Bon Appetit restaurant. It's very nice, clean, and there are no queues. Classical music playing, clean and lots of empty seats. Not that in the main restaurant - just a nightmare. Like in the dining room. Arabs come in large families, sit down at the tables as they like, there are incredible queues for food, many children underfoot, who constantly spill something, drop it, which is why they do not have time to clean up after them. No comfort.

Because of these Arabs, it is difficult to get in line for the slides in the water park. It's just not possible. They sort out all the circles in the first seconds, and do not let go of them. If they don’t go down, they put circles near their sun loungers, and nothing falls to us. You stand in line a couple of times, and the desire to go down disappears. The water park is great though. Lots of slides of different levels.
Beach. For those who like to sour in sea water. You can't swim or dive because it's very shallow. We were fine with this for the safety of the children. The sea is very warm and gentle. The water is much saltier than in the Black and Mediterranean.
The staff is friendly, especially the guys in the water bar near the sea - Bishaw and Mohammed. They get tired, you can see, but always with smiles, with jokes. And he walks along the beach with a notebook, communicates with guests, and checks the dishes in the restaurant, controls everything around the territory. We did not have time to say that our paper basket was broken, we were immediately changed. The hotel staff is doing everything to raise the level of their hotel, so that guests feel comfortable and relaxed.
About entertainment. Every evening there were some performances, programs, karaoke, but we preferred to sit in a bar, take a walk along the shore or around the territory. As early as 11, a disco began in a restaurant on the coast, but we fell short. Tired during the day.
