We stayed at the hotel for a week at the beginning of October. Family vacation with a child of 8 years. In Egypt for the first time, so there is nothing to compare with. We were at the hotel at lunchtime (even had time to eat on the way), after check-in. The room is normal, everything you need is there, I was pleased with the presence of a tea and coffee set and a safe. 3rd floor, courtyard view. Cleaning is so-so, I made the bed, changed the towels, took out the garbage, maybe swept it and brought bottled water daily. I really liked the area. A lot of greenery, palm trees, flowers, there is a mini-zoo with flamingos, pelicans, monkeys and turtles. The child and us adults were interested. You can walk around the territory of the neighboring hotel, the division of the territory is conditional. There is also a delight from the water park, before only at home in the indoor water park they rested, but here it is in the open air, and there are a lot of slides, great. Rescuers look after the order. Lots of sports stuff. Of the free services: darts, beach volleyball, table tennis, gym. Maybe something else, I don't remember. Discos like there, but we did not go. The food is normal and we and the child had something to eat, varied and tasty, except for some dishes. But here who likes what. Loved the desserts and pastries. For dinner, the choice is richer. I won’t say for strong alcohol, I haven’t tried it, the beer is not bad. Even in the afternoon you can have a fast food snack at the bar, delicious hamburgers, pizza, french fries. There was plenty of food, there were no health problems. As for the beach and the sea, this is also common to both hotels. Small, but normal for families with children, the child is always in sight. It is bad that there were no beautiful fish, small translucent ones swam. It didn't become a problem to look at the beautiful corals and colorful fish, we took a tour, it's like a boat trip on a yacht to the island of Utopia. On the beach, we talked with the guys from Belarus, they were on Utopia the day before and they advised us. Well, whatever you say, you need the Internet all the time, there is free Wi-Fi at the reception desk, but only for correspondence, when a lot of people are connected, it’s generally tight. It is better to buy a SIM card and not suffer and be in touch always and everywhere. But this is science for us not next time. All the staff with whom I had a chance to communicate normally know Russian, it’s not a problem to ask something, it’s not a problem to find out, everyone is friendly and hospitable, they smile, they ask if everything is in order, it’s nice. We had a great rest, we liked everything, it’s not even worth talking about the minuses at such a price, we are satisfied with the rest, we can recommend it.
