Review by Sun Rise Le Jardin *****
We were looking for a decent hotel for a fun holiday for two middle aged girls.
Our expectations and requirements fully coincided with everything that we saw and received there.
The hotel is large, but not huge and, accordingly, very friendly (I don’t like 2-storey sheds, intimate bungalows, all this is not conducive to a fun holiday). In general, it resembled a pioneer camp, I liked it very much. Many Russians, their own, which could not but rejoice. The engagement was the best it could be. Magnificent well-groomed territory, several pools, including heated ones, which were watched even more closely than the greenery. Separate corners for children so that they do not get under their feet.

We were pleasantly surprised by the standard rooms, which contained not only a bed and walls, but also a seating area and a balcony. Tourists from the Hilton were met at the airport, they boasted a lot, but it turned out that the room did not even have a balcony. The room has everything you need, climate control, refrigerator, safe, Russian channels (3pcs) and necessary accessories (except for shampoo, but we were already prepared).
The restaurants were pleasantly surprised, I’ll say right away that the food was good, everyone who complains just “ate”. We met a lot of such pretentious people there, for whom everything was not so. They cracked on both cheeks and at the same time complained incessantly, even with a mouth full of food, they all grumbled that everything was wrong and everything was wrong. It's funny, for the first time I discovered for myself that it turns out that there are 7-star hotels where they cook 30 first and 30 second courses to choose from. Our table was full of food for breakfast lunch and dinner. In order not to gain weight, we tried to eat meat and vegetables, so we were very tasty and liked everything!! ! There were not enough fruits and they were quickly sorted out, this is a fact. And as soon as we tried sweets, our diet came to an end. For dinner, every evening, we were spoiled with food, fantastic meat, fish or chicken were fried on the summer terrace, and a lavash show was made.
Local drinks, of course, resemble poor-cleaned moonshine, but we liked both white and red wine, despite the fact that we are not wine lovers. And of course, cocktails in the lobby bar !!! , on the beach bars they made anything, but not what you order
We flew from Pegas Tourist, met at the airport, all without a hitch, loaded into comfortable buses, all were taken to hotels. At the reception, they tried to insist on the calculation of the time of 12-00 and check-in at 14-00, but after smiles and help in translating into English, they gave a room with a side sea view, for a direct view you had to pay extra 10 or 20 dollars, each took as much as he wanted. But on the second day there were no more rooms, so even those who wanted to pay extra stayed with a view of the desert.

The only thing I cannot but mention is the terrible attitude of the Arabs towards the Russians, we often asked them this question Why? After all, we are your breadwinners! But the answer is the same: We do not love you and that's it! Then, in the course of conversations with the locals, it became clear how you can love people who walk to the fullest, litter with money and pour alcohol around the clock and continuously anneal when the salary of service personnel is from 100 to 200 dollars. But the most unpleasant thing is to be in the place of young girls who arrived there by ourselves. My friend and I fully felt all the charms, experienced the onslaught of love from absolutely everyone, starting from the cleaner who unceremoniously invaded early in the morning 4-5 times under some pretext, pretending to speak neither Russian nor English , tried in every possible way to touch us, and even while we were lying in bed undressed. The same thing happened in the bars, after the “refusal”, they stopped pouring us, very often the bar closed for us at 16-30, although it was supposed to be until 17-00. Or the ordered drinks were missing. Some characters went too far, one annoying waiter, who was not embarrassed by either his employees or the boss who kept order in the restaurant, simply turned my soup on the table, grabbed and took away the cutlery, banged the salt shaker on the table, knocked over a vase of flowers, took a glass of unfinished drinks, in short, put sticks in the wheels in every possible way, which spoiled the mood very much. So, the staff there is really ill-mannered and very arrogant, but I think that this is observed absolutely everywhere where the Russian clientele is, but in the neighboring hotel, where there were mostly foreigners, the staff was more advanced, apparently the casting was more serious there. And for the Russians it will do, such a policy of connivance was very noticeable. We went absolutely ready for this, but already on the 3rd day we started to freak out, in fact it spoiled the picture a little.
But of course, there were many more advantages. Wonderful weather, we were very lucky, no breeze, no rain, clear sun, even tan, warm sea, a wonderful pool near which all events took place, a bar in it - all this could not but rejoice. Animation - average, but whoever wanted to, could do something, aqua aerobics, belly dancing, I personally liked volleyball and the gym, which was wonderfully written into the schedule between 17-00 (the sun was setting) and 18-00 (another belly festival - dinner ).
Disco, special thanks, it was very incendiary, we haven't danced like that for a long time, even in our clubs!! ! Surprisingly, we were in the city at the local cool disco "Calypso", oh well, the last century, honestly. We had an advanced one at the hotel; and the people willingly gathered there. Very friendly. I really liked that there are many places for recreation, various cafes, a hookah bar, a summer bar, a restaurant terrace overlooking the sea, cozy sofas in front of the pool, in general there are many places and a choice of where to sit and chat in a pleasant company.
There were many complaints about the beach, they say the corals are dead and the fish are not like that, but we swam and saw the fish, the corals were really gray and looked lifeless. But we saw enough of the beauty of the Red Sea during the excursion to Paradise Island. There is all the beauty of the underwater world: corals, and fish of all colors of the rainbow, moray eels and turtles, etc.
Well, what can I say, of course we are happy. Arrived satisfied and tanned Sea of positive and the sun in Egypt.
An amazing and bright holiday in the middle of a gray dull winter.

But the fly in the ointment, the flight was postponed several times, and here it should be noted that the representative of Pegasus, not only did not come to the hotel, and did not hang a sheet with the change on the stand, but did not even send a fax to the hotel, but simply in words by phone I told someone unknown that the flight was delayed - wait for the news. For many, this was a blow, because. the rooms were handed over at 12-00, breakfast was the last for many, tk. at 16 dollars were already taken from the hotel to the airport. But many were lucky, like us, for some reason they didn’t take the bracelets, and we walked around until one in the morning, overeating and drinking goodbye. As a result, we took off at 5 am, instead of 20-00. But our agent didn’t count, we were pretty worried, because. on this day at the reception, everyone spoke bad Russian and English, and we could not understand what had happened, and why there was no our guide who was supposed to explain everything.
I advise everyone to arrange a little summer in Egypt in the winter!! !
