The first time I was in Egypt and I was simply fascinated by the fabulous oasis where we rested)) The hotel area is a large flowering garden with a bunch of pools, a water park, a zoo, bars and restaurants) There is a beach with sun loungers, umbrellas and even wicker fences from the wind) ) there is a lot of space, there were always enough sun loungers for everyone. The sea, however, is shallow, and even after passing through the pantone, the depth is about a meter.
We got lucky with the number. It can be seen that everything in it is worn, but in working condition: two beds, bedside tables, one wardrobe, plasma, mini fridge, air conditioning, hot water in the shower without interruption. The balcony overlooked the wall and a piece of the garden, but we were not upset, as we spent little time in the room. They cleaned almost every day, but they didn’t try hard... If there was a suitcase on the floor or sneakers, they swept them around, they didn’t sweep dust from the nightstands, they always changed towels. The dollar was not given. Wifi was free only in the lobby, in the room and on the territory you had to pay.
The food was VERY good! Varied, tasty and very plentiful. . . In the evening there were so many sweets that we didn't try everything during the whole holiday. We were fed with fish, beef, duck, chicken of various preparations, potatoes (fries, mashed potatoes, stews), all kinds of pasta, salads, casseroles and even mini pizzas were cooked with us. Cheeses and sausages, although they were soy, were delicious. Lots of pastries. Fresh fruit was in abundance. In addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner, there was also additional food, French fries were given near the pool,

pizza and sweets.
Drinks of their production, weak, but we were just right. The main thing is not to take cocktails with ice, it is clearly from non-bottled water and you can get in the stomach for a long time, which happened to my neighbor ((
The staff are courteous and always try to please. Animation was only by the pool and in the evening for children. Discos for adults, we did not wait. There was live music at dinner in the dining room.
My friend also had a DR and they organized a congratulation in the evening: they handed us a delicious birthday cake, an envelope with congratulations and the musicians played Happy Birthday, it was very nice : )
The tour operator Anex Tour - the guide was with a claim: "If you behave well and be friends with me, you will have a good rest, and if not, then I don’t owe you anything and in general, don’t respect me, I don’t respect you" and lied a lot ! For example, the guide said that insurance is not valid outside the hotel, and therefore no one is responsible for your safety, and this is a lie! Insurance is valid throughout the country! Prices for excursions in Anex Tour have been raised three times! We went on a desert safari for $10, and they sold for $35, we went to Luxor for $30, and they offered for $55, and this despite the fact that everyone rode in the same conditions, almost in the same buses. It was very unprofessional, and leaves not the best impression about the tour operator and the Egyptians.
In general, I recommend the hotel to everyone!
