The hotel was very impressive! To be honest, we could hardly wait for the end of our stay in this "wonderful" hotel. We drove in a great mood. All the negativity read in the reviews did not frighten at all - they thought - the prevered write. We are not particularly spoiled. Therefore, they were just sure that they would like it. But…
LOCATION: from Hurghada, approximately 18 km. Around the hotel desert, garbage dumps and construction.
ACCOMMODATION AND ROOM: settled pretty quickly and at no extra charge. The room is normal, normal, everything you need is there and everything worked. True, the air conditioner leaked on the very first night, but everything was fixed during the day (although I had to remind it several times, because the staff has just a unique forgetfulness). Cleaning is normal. Normal, for such hotels - they changed towels, made beds, sometimes they even wiped the floor.

TERRITORY: this is probably one of the few advantages of this hotel. The territory of the hotel is large, green, well-groomed. Very beautiful. Several pools. They are also constantly looked after.
FOOD: Plus: we didn't get poisoned. Cons: food was scarce and inedible. We are not very picky about food, but when out of six salads - five of pasta with mayonnaise - this is too much! Vegetables need to be asked, ie. a man stands and cuts cucumber-tomatoes and gives you one piece at a time, if you ask for more, you will hear a lot of indignation. The same story with cheese (three thin pieces and not a gram more) and meat is also given out in mini pieces. The queues are unimaginable (the canteen is designed for 200 people, in the hotel 3000 !!! ), we tried to come at different times - nothing changes - there are no crowds of people and empty plates. Of course, you won’t die of hunger, but eating lettuce leaves, rice and boiled eggs for 10 days somehow gets fed up. Fruit is a different story altogether. Mountains of green dates (it is not possible to eat them), cut guava (in the sense where the rot was - they cut it), from time to time trimmings from a melon. Once in 11 days they gave figs and once a pomegranate, but in such meager amounts that, as they say, those who did not have time were late. They say that once there was a persimmon, but we did not have time for it.
STAFF: This is a separate issue altogether. The staff is lazy, arrogant and clingy. So at the end of the rest they got it that they sent them with frank obscenities (although I usually do not use profanity). But their constant grins and antics, grabbing crayfish, etc. things will bring the saint.
ANIMATION: such a lazy animation team is still to be found. You won't find them during the day with fire. Claimed aerobics and dance classes were held only when they were likely to have inspiration, evening shows - guest artists. But when there was a paid party on the beach and people had to collect 12 USD each. - Here they "showed" themselves. During the whole day, all the members of this team approached us and more than once, offering to buy a ticket from them.

SEA AND BEACH: the beach is quite large and there are enough sunbeds for everyone, no matter what time you come. Entering the sea on concrete steps. To a depth of at least 150 meters to the waist. There are no corals, except for dead ones, although you can see some fish. In general, in this place the Red Sea looks very much like the Sea of Azov. But in Hurghada such a sea is everywhere, we looked at many hotels. To dive and really see all the beauties of the Red Sea - pay 20 USD. to the man who sits at the entrance to the canteen opposite the lobby and you are taken to the platform out to sea. You can dive there all day long and that's where the real Red Sea is - beauties! Enjoy a lot.
EXCURSIONS: We enjoyed riding quad bikes in the desert the most. Just take the morning program - you will not regret it. If you want to go to the “Paradise” island, then take a program with diving (just be sure to check that there are masks on board, otherwise they forgot on our excursion, they didn’t even let those who had masks dive. True, this excursion was reimbursed to us by another . ) It’s just that the “Paradise” island is boring, since there is nothing to do there except swim in clean water, but half an hour is enough for this.
CONCLUSION: If you pay $400 for this hotel. - then you can put up with the shortcomings (you just need to understand what you are eating in the “triple”), if more, then this is already a divorce. I won't go to this hotel again. If you value your money and rest, I do not advise you to go to this hotel.
