We arrived at the hotel at about 8 am, in the hotel lobby there were various buns, drinks and desserts, so that the arrivals had something to eat, for this is a plus, but then we had to wait for check-in strictly until 14.00, we were kept in the lobby for 6 hours, with about 50 people, this was the biggest negative of the holiday. When it came to settling in, almost everyone was given rooms not in Jardin, but in the Riviera (2 hotels of the same owner with a common territory).
The room did not please: the curtain was in holes, there was no sound insulation, a view of the construction site, a safe with dead batteries and a stream constantly running across the floor from the sink to the drain (the batteries in the safe were replaced a day later, and the plumbing remained full of holes all the rest), many had similar problems with numbers, many wrote statements - they were translated, but we decided that we weren’t going to sit in the room, we didn’t want to fool ourselves and stayed in it. Although they cleaned them daily and efficiently, there were no complaints about cleaning at all
