We arrived at the hotel at about 8 am, in the hotel lobby there were various buns, drinks and desserts, so that the arrivals had something to eat, for this is a plus, but then we had to wait for check-in strictly until 14.00, we were kept in the lobby for 6 hours, with about 50 people, this was the biggest negative of the holiday. When it came to settling in, almost everyone was given rooms not in Jardin, but in the Riviera (2 hotels of the same owner with a common territory).
The room did not please: the curtain was in holes, there was no sound insulation, a view of the construction site, a safe with dead batteries and a stream constantly running across the floor from the sink to the drain (the batteries in the safe were replaced a day later, and the plumbing remained full of holes all the rest), many had similar problems with numbers, many wrote statements - they were translated, but we decided that we weren’t going to sit in the room, we didn’t want to fool ourselves and stayed in it. Although they cleaned them daily and efficiently, there were no complaints about cleaning at all
In the main restaurant the choice of food is very good, everything is fresh, food lovers will be very pleased with this hotel and the variety of food, although without expensive frills, but the hotel is inexpensive. But in the bars near the pools, the food is very weak and the booze is extreme, the beer was poured into disposable 100-gram cups and then incomplete... , it will be difficult for lovers to swell here.

The hotel area is super, very green, large and well-groomed, take a picture of it, 10 out of 10.
The water park is super, 12 slides, I liked it very much!
The beach is huge sandy, but to the depth you need to walk along the pontoon, and then even aground, from a sunbed 200 meters it turns out, then you can swim.
The attitude of the staff, as everywhere in Egypt, is half indifferent to everything.
Another minus, the animators with their music zadolbali in the evenings, there is no sound insulation in the rooms, but I wanted to sleep before the excursions, when I get up at 3 am. By the way, I recommend going to Cairo for the pyramids from this hotel, since it is in the very north of Hurghada, you will not collect and deliver other tourists by bus throughout Hurghada, they will pick you up last and bring you first, saving you time in the end will be 3-4 hours compared with those hotels that are in the south of Hurghada (it is better to go to Luxor the other way around when you are relaxing in the southern part of the city).
Another disadvantage of the hotel, for my wife, at least for me, is that there are a lot of Arabs among the vacationers who are annoyed by this - keep in mind that almost half are not Europeans.
On the ground floor, by the way, there is a separate restaurant where Arabs are not allowed, only for Europeans, the beer is normal and poured normally, they often went there in the evenings to drink beer with french fries.
In general, I liked the rest, maybe I’ll come back here again, although there were enough minuses: check-in, room, redneck with alcohol, Arabs... But the water park, food and territory, in my opinion, crossed out the minuses!
