Rested three of us with a child for a week. Tour operator - Anex, flight, transfer, everything is in order. They settled us quickly, the room was an ordinary standard, the receptionist was treated to chocolate, I don’t know if this affected getting a room, but the view was good on the territory and in the distance the pool. The room has a safe and a tea and coffee set, updated, water in the room, cleaning is so-so, all surfaces were wiped with wet wipes.
What impressed me was the territory, well, it’s very beautiful, there are so many flowers, shrubs, palm trees, everything is neat, just a feast for the eyes and still clean throughout the territory. It is very pleasant to play. The territory, as it were, with a conditional division into two hotels, you can walk wherever you want. There is a heated pool, cool water slides, a menagerie, the kids love it.
The food is top notch, no complaints. A lot of everything, a buffet, some in portions, several types of meat at a time, fish, two types of soup, various side dishes, delicious and beautiful sweets, fruits, you can literally put 5 for food. We didn’t go to paid a la carte restaurants. After breakfast and lunch there are snacks and ice cream, drinks by itself.

The sea is just our option, for a child the depth, or rather its absence, is just right. There is a pontoon, adults can swim from it. Well, if objectively, then the sea here is not wow, it does not cause delight.
We were on Paradise Island, where the coast and the sea are super and the water is warmer, when we stopped at the corals - we swam in masks and fins, watched the fish, and vests are also issued, so it's not scary to swim at a depth in the open sea, all this is included in the price , lunch included. We bought this trip ourselves through a local agency, everything is well organized, no complaints.
The Internet was used in the lobby, for correspondence it is quite enough, if necessary, you can buy a local card. When you exit the hotel, to the left is the Cleopatra Bazaar store, prices seem to be normal, and so there are outlets with all sorts of things in both directions.
We were satisfied with the hotel, it fit our needs and budget. The staff is good, a lot of attention to the child, the rest was a success. We will recommend.
