Traveled with a 10 year old. The check-in went well, without problems, no one demanded extra money, things were delivered to the room. The room itself was quite normal, everything worked, the furniture, of course, was "tired" in places, but everything was in order. The view from the window was on the construction site of a neighboring hotel, but they decided not to change the room, because. didn't want to sit in it.
I liked the territory very much, green, a lot of vegetation. It is shared with the neighboring hotel. There are many places, pools for any age, enough sun loungers, there are showers, toilets. Great water park, we did not climb out of it. The pools are open from 10 am to 5 pm, the water park is open until 4 pm. In March, this was quite enough.
There are no complaints about the food, everything is plentiful and varied. You definitely won't leave hungry. Lots of chicken, beef and duck dishes. There was fish, milk porridge, several types of pilaf, etc. There are also plenty of vegetables and fruits. Very tasty pastries and biscuits. This stuff was also for every taste and even color. Juices 3-4 types, coffee, tea. From 10 o'clock the bar dispensed alcoholic and carbonated drinks.

Between breakfast, lunch and dinner, you could have a bite to eat in the bars on site - ice cream, fruit, biscuits, french fries, hamburgers...
The staff is polite, they do their job well, they try to solve the problem, if there is one. I have no complaints about them.
We do not regret choosing this hotel.
