The room is supplied daily with 2 bottles of water from the source of 0.6 liters. Well, of course, there are no slippers with bathrobes =))) For 15 days, we were not cleaned 5 times, and of them 3 days in a row. They called the service, they took the water themselves. Well, they didn't clean up. For all the time we saw cockroaches 6 times, once on a table in an Italian restaurant. This, of course, is overkill.
FOOD for the buffet is a standard assortment, there are no complaints or praises for it. But the culinary talent is completely absent there. Some raw, some burnt, some oversalted, some normal. Sit, poke around. Soups are very poor. In cream soups, there is generally only one starch, the taste of the product stated on the plate is barely captured. But there are foods that you can always eat - rice, for example, chicken, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers... I have always been full. Fruit was given every day, watermelon always except for 3 days.
The sea is shallow, as they say. The entrance is unpleasant, on a stone slab with railings. The bottom is partly covered with dead corals, there is no way to get through. But if you reach the same depth, you can swim well. The sunbeds are on hard sandy ground. There is sea water in the pools, there are 6 of them in total, they are quite good.
ENTERTAINMENT. Animation group works great! Funny boys! The program is rich - gymnastics, water aerobics, dancing, aerobics, water polo, beach volleyball. Every evening there are wonderful shows in the amphitheater, including with guest artists - acrobats, dancers, etc. Of course, their level is not very high, but for a hotel it’s very cool! There is a free gym. SPA, billiards, Internet room - for a fee.

STAFF polite, helpful, discreet. On the second day, we changed the room, as we did not like the one offered at check-in. And on the last night, our air conditioner broke down and we were also moved. We also could not deal with the safe, then it broke down with us, each time they quickly came and did everything. Several times I witnessed the boorish treatment of the hotel staff, I was horrified. In Europe and the US, people got in big trouble for this. But non-employees (“sellers” of water parks, afro braids, massages, trips to the leather center, etc. ) are very rude, annoying, they were rude to me, and I heard how they were rude to other vacationers. I would have kicked them all out of the territory, but maybe the hotel has a lot of kickbacks? )) The level of the hotel is greatly reduced by their presence.
