This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. The company was big and cheerful. We really liked the hotel from the first time (December 2008), so we only go there. Everyone who writes various nasty things about the hotel - either was not there, or confused the name. Everything is fine there, the food is delicious and varied, everywhere is clean, cleaners constantly go and clean up after us tourists, after dinner in one of the buildings (Sunrais or Riviera) there is live music in the lobby bar. Animation and disco - every evening. By the way, the disco is held in a separate building, so it does not interfere with those who want to sleep and relax. And during the day there is always something to do - volleyball, belly dancing, aqua aerobics, etc. About bedbugs, cockroaches and other living creatures - none of these creatures are there. Every day at 17.00 sanitation of the territory from insects is carried out (some do not like it - but this is done for us, Africa is still... ) Of course, the hotel is not new, but everything that is needed is present in the room and everything works. If problems arise - call the reception and immediately fix everything. We, as regular tourists, were brought a plate of fruit to the room every 3 days. The staff is friendly but unobtrusive. Service in the room, in the restaurant and in the bars - at a decent level. The beach is manure sand, the sea is shallow, but you can reach a depth of 150 meters, it annoys some, although after eating and drinking so much it is very useful to shake your fat. However, you will not find another sea in Hurghada. Steps with railings lead into the sea, be sure to hold on to the railing when entering the sea, it is slippery. Buy safety shoes at the hotel to move along the seabed, although the bottom near the coast is cleared, there are fragments of corals and shells. The territory is very large and green, the plants are constantly monitored, so it is very beautiful. In addition to the main restaurants, there are 12 more bars, in two of them you can have a bite to eat if you suddenly get hungry - pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs, fruits, vegetables. Alcohol - from 11.00 to 24.00 free of charge, local production, you can drink. Take bottled beer, juices are better from packages. Many write about broken-down sunbeds and torn mattresses - that is, that is. But with us, they just changed the mattresses by the pools to bright blue, it became very beautiful. Beach towels are issued free of charge on special cards, which cannot be lost, you will have to pay a fine. In general, I want to say one thing - if you are going to rest, then rest "to the fullest", and do not waste time looking for flaws, then the rest will definitely become full, successful and unforgettable.
