Good afternoon
Holiday in the Festival was the first time in Egypt, but not the first time abroad. At 4 * or 5 *, as stated, the hotel pulls only if you do not compare it with European ones, as for Egypt, a solid 4+, and so - 3 with a huge minus.
The best part is the kitchen - the main restaurant and most of the bartenders try to arrange a holiday for you, in the main restaurant every evening they have themed dinners and appropriate decorations.
And if in order - reception - work for 2+, they don’t solve any questions, they immediately go to the counter, BUT at first they talk nice and friendly. As for having to pay for a good room and fast check-in - no one in our group paid and no one had a complaint about the room.
The attendants - cleaners - are friendly, but we, for example, had to poke our noses on the first day that the bathroom was not cleaned very well. This has not happened again in the future.

The interior of the room is nothing supernatural. Just enough to stay for 7 days. Only: there is no shampoo, instead of it in a dispenser (not disposable) soap-shampoo. There are also no robes.
The territory is well-groomed and beautiful. I didn't eat anywhere other than the main restaurant. One of the heated pools. The sea is cold in January. Swimming is possible, but swimming is cold. There are enough sun loungers, but there is a struggle for the fences from the wind) Move to the depth for 3-5 minutes, but on the corals - the legs do not cut, but not very pleasant.
When the tide is low, you can wander around and observe different living creatures. But they are not allowed on the pier - it is the property of another hotel.
By the way, the hotel has a good doctor - not very skillful, but tries to help actively! By the way, for all Ukrainians - visits to the doctor are free - everything is covered by insurance, BUT sunburns are not included in the insurance, be careful!
So in short, I do not regret the rest, but I have no desire to visit here again.
ps despite the terrible reviews about the guide from the Anex tour - the guide Mohsen is attentive, responsive and tries to resolve issues in favor of the vacationer!
And, by the way, another joke - all-inclusive bracelets should be cut off at check-out, because if your flight is delayed and you are waiting at the hotel, be careful. If you leave after 12 through the door and the bracelet is on you, they may not give your luggage until you pay 15 euros for each hour of your stay in the hotel after 12.
And the most terrible thing is that there are MANY Russians, even too much, who pump their rights, are rude left and right, and gorge themselves from night to morning!
