They cleaned the room for us on the third day of our stay and went to the reception, they said that the room was not cleaned and the cleaner in the corridor was caught by everyone as if by the ears. We lived constantly without toilet paper. He changed the towels only once, and then after we caught him and told him to change the towels, he took our towels and said that after 9 minutes he would bring clean ones, but he brought them only after 4 hours. There are huge queues at the restaurant for meat, because they will take it out in one tray like fish. If you do not come to the opening, you will be left without meat. There are few fruits, mostly apples and oranges. Went to an Italian restaurant and got squid with fried rice and fried vegetables, instead they got squid with powdered puree and boiled vegetables. The hotel area is good and the beach is normal. The whole picture of the holiday spoiled the service of the hotel. There is no question of any 5 stars, a maximum of 3 stars.
