I went to rest with my mother from anex tour. We were placed immediately, but the room was given between two hotels, where it was not possible to sleep at night due to the night noises created by the hotel workers. At the reception, managers, they didn’t find another room until he himself offered 20 bucks, they immediately found a free room with a sea view, when moving, an impudent porter (NAZER, he is on video) tore the suitcase out of his hands, informed and brazenly waited for the money, gave him 5 bucks and to bring a second bed, which he didn’t do, but he created a look that arranged everything, let him choke)) The safe in the room is free, but it was closed, called the managers 5 times, so no one came, they probably wanted again money, beggars!
In the room bed linen and towels were not changed during the entire stay, we had to beg for water. The air conditioner in the room was not regulated, the remote control for it was for a fee, the batteries on the TV remote control were all chewed up, barely working. The water in the sink was stagnant.
It was hot in the dining room, probably the air conditioners were turned off on purpose, it stank and there was always a queue for dinner. The feeder is tolerable, but it feels like they put the waste from yesterday!

The beach is terrible, the sand is all pressed, the children can’t play, the bottom is dirty, from smelly black silt, go to a depth of 200 meters, there are practically no carals and fish, the sea is muddy! Sun loungers had to be occupied in the morning.
In the evenings, they were poisoned with some kind of gas from mosquitoes, there are a lot of mosquitoes!
A folding utility knife was stolen in my room.
Conclusion: the service is bad, the staff is nasty, the beach is terrible, I advise you to choose another hotel!
