I can say about the Cleopatra Luxury Resort Makadi Bay that it is good, we liked everything: the food, the animators, and everything else. The pools are amazing, the rooms are great. Minus - the sea, it is not there at all, since at low tide, you can walk 1 km and it will be knee-deep, even less. As usual, upon arrival, we were put in a bad room, then we moved to another, as I understand it, this is the standard for Egypt, such a settlement. There is nothing special near the hotel, only excursions are where to buy.
