In general, I liked the hotel. My wife had previously been to Sharm El Sheikh and Cairo, so there was something to compare with.
Large well-groomed territory (especially against the backdrop of garbage dumps on the way from the airport). Large rooms, quite comfortable and cosy. for 1 dollar to the cleaner everything is cleaned in the best possible way. True, they get used to it quickly - they didn’t put money in and they will remove it by four to five in the evening. A cascade of pools and jacuzzis, sun loungers, umbrellas - everything is as it should be, especially considering the vast territory, for all tastes. The original access to the sea (150 meters in shallow water, and then a cliff at the reef) is compensated by an internal lake with crabs and tide - ebb (the water "walks" seems to be up to a meter). If all inclusive, then all day and evening free cocktails from local drinks. The local swill is indistinguishable in taste - both brandy and rum are indistinguishably nasty. Usually cocktails are bred with Coca-Cola, Rersey and Schweppes, I advise Sprite, it somehow kills the negative of the local taste. We rested in the velvet season of 28-32 degrees, and for four days it was a little stormy. The reef is a fairy tale. The long coastline along the reef allows you to see all the variety of corals and fish. When the storm tore off all the knees. It's a pity that a decent approach to the reef and pontoons was not arranged, blocks were thrown up to the reef and everything died out. Upon arrival, everyone buys slippers for hiking in the sea - otherwise there will be nothing left of the feet. Do not take silicone, the sole was worn out on the second day. The staff is friendly and recognizable, 80 percent speak Russian and 100 percent understand.
The rest did not fall on holidays, there were no incidents. According to the stories, on our holidays they break away and start chasing "foreign" vacationers. It goes mainly to the Germans and the Balts. This time, the Balts were with us in the same company and were simply fascinated.

Various excursions are vying to offer both tour operators and local guides inside the hotel. The locals have a good set, cheaper prices and there is no such overorganization (you can’t go back and forth, wait for everyone until they are full of fun). Also in the hotel (by the pool! ) A whole team of professional massage therapists (up to 45 bucks for a single massage, if more than 5 sessions the price drops to 25). The guys work their money on the conscience. The animation is half dead, except for aerobics on land and in water, the rest is not perceived. The hookah bar is good. The choice of souvenirs in the shops near the hotel is almost complete, only in Hurghada everything is 2-3 times cheaper. It’s better to buy a local connection (take Vodafone, otherwise your friends fell for the local cheap one and some locals constantly called them and ate all the money) 1 bucks per minute, because local roaming didn’t take anything except MTS.
Now a little about the sad. Let's start with the little things: the Internet room did not work, the antediluvian TV catches on 1 channel from different countries and there is no cable, the Morozko-type refrigerator froze 5 centimeters around the cooling box. The saddest part of the hotel is the dining room. It is a dining room with queues at the entrance, with the expectation of serving empty tables, a terrible smell of burnt dishes, meager (3-4 types) of hot dishes. Attempts by chefs to find a middle ground between European cuisine and local cuisine have led to American fat food, and this is impossible to eat. If things are still well established with vegetables and salads, then there is trouble with fruits. Dates without an account got tired in a day, and the rest were only spoiled a little at lunch or dinner (with huge queues they were given a portion on a plate like melons or watermelons in besieged Leningrad, occasionally peaches or oranges appeared). By the way, fruits were not even sold near the hotel (unlike neighboring hotels). The fish in the main dining room is somehow bitter. At lunch, it is better to go to a summer restaurant by the sea lake - good fish in batter, wine and no queues and smells.
In general, it’s nice to sunbathe and look at Africa.
