As for excursions, we didn’t buy them from a tour operator, but at a hotel, it turned out cheaper (we went for a whole day on a yacht to four islands with diving and fishing ($ 40) and a desert safari (it was great) with a stop for tea : ) to the Bedouins and camel riding ($ 40), it is also possible to go to the city - from the hotel by bus twice a day for 3 hours for $ 6 in both directions (although three hours was not enough for us) or by taxi for $ 10 one way side).
