I rushed to the reception as the photo showed, and do you think someone said sorry? no, they silently gave the key to the new room, and even when you check in, you leave your suitcases on the street, they give you the number of the house at the reception and you yourself go and look for it, no one will tell you where it is, the territory is simply huge, and only for this 5* for nothing more! We rested last year in Turkey at 4 *, it was much better, the staff there spoke Russian, they don’t understand anything here if you say something to them! Animation sucks so much that I don’t even know how to write, a couple of Arab guys aged 18 who don’t know Russian, and one girl from Belarus who speaks Russian and pulls for all the animators! Bars: the main bar, every day the same vermicelli 3 kinds, rice and chicken. . . I can't stand these dishes after this holiday, scrambled eggs for breakfast Every Day! For lunch and dinner, rice vermicelli and chicken Every Day! And the fish are disgusting! Sweet personally is not tasty for me, my husband liked it, from fruits an apple soaked in water, melon, dates and a couple of times an orange is all! The bar on the beach is open from 10 to somewhere until 17, as they like! There is always no beer, says the bartender of fife minets, in the end you stand for 15 minutes, but there is no beer! And all the drinks are poured from the balls into small plastic glasses, this is such a redneck !!! ! it's very funny how they gave us the same vermicelli and chicken, and the second dish is french fries! The dishes are all beaten, all the plates are chipped! There is a bar in the form of a ship, but it is always closed! A bar near the pool, I was there once after what I saw, I didn’t go there anymore, there are pastries like forneti, in front of me the Arab took everything, shoveled it with his hands, took it for himself and went! More than half of the Arabs rest here! I was so horrified, they spoil the appetite by eating with their hands, they take all the bread with their hands from the common heap, although there are tongs for bread! Children in them are not brought up at all, they run around the dining room, they scatter food! It’s best to go to eat at 7 in the morning so as not to spoil your appetite! The staff in the dining room is all dirty, children under the age of 17 pick up plates, probably earn extra money during the holidays! During my stay at the hotel I saw two fights involving staff! All Ukrainians are outraged and wonder why 5*??!! ! The room was cleaned well! that's one thing that didn't bother us ! To be honest, the food is not good at all! Or not salty at all, like an omelet, or very spicy! Wi-fi at the reception is terrible, we bought a card for $ 10!
