We flew in a group of 7 people from Kyiv via Fortuna 5 * from the TPG operator. We thought that if 5 *, then in any case we will get to a normal hotel. We arrived early in the morning in Hurghada and were told that our hotel was Harmony. The hotel looks pretty decent in the photo. But as soon as we were brought, we realized that we had "hit". Already at the entrance to the hotel we met mountains of garbage, the territory is not well-groomed, there is a lot of dust, sidewalks and paths have long been in need of repair, in almost all rooms the plaster is cracked, and the tiles are chipped. There is nowhere to go for a walk. Outside the hotel is desert and mountains of rubbish brought in by the locals. To Hurghada taxi 20 euros. Of the vacationers, 90 percent, and maybe more, are Arabs. A kilometer to the sea, and even then knee-deep. And at low tide, this "puddle" goes another kilometer. In a restaurant, you can’t approach food because of the crowds of Egyptians who literally demolish everything edible. It looks like they haven't been fed for at least a few months. When checking in at the reception, they demanded dollars, otherwise they promised to populate no earlier than the afternoon hours. To the overall picture of the hotel added "fuel to the fire" and our vacationers, with whom we decided to talk. Virtually no positive feedback. All of them have one word in their description of the hotel: HELL. Naturally, after everything we saw and heard, we refused to settle in such a "FORTUNA", contacted the tour operator and raised a scandal. For another hotel of the same star rating, they wanted us to pay an additional $ 100 per person, but in the end everyone agreed on a free transfer to Hurghada to the Roma 4 * hotel, which also far corresponds to its stars, but which, after visiting the Harmony Makadi Bay Hotel & Resort 5 * It seemed to us a real PARADISE. P. S. When we returned home on July 21, we met at the airport the guys who stayed in Harmony Makadi Bay. They said that the vacation was almost gone and that they were very jealous of our group, that we had escaped from that HELL
