We arrived at the hotel at 10:00, when we went into the lobby where the reception is located, we were shocked, everyone was sitting and smoking even where it was forbidden to smoke, and we were with a small child. All the people at the reception are indignant, there were people who spent the night there on sofas and did not want to move in, arguing that they would not live in such dirty rooms. At the reception we were told that for 15 dollars you can check in now and not wait until 14:00, we agreed and we were put on bracelets and taken to the room, the number was No. 3514. It was something with something, I have never seen such old furniture, there was no bed linen at all, there was nothing for water, the shower is made in such a way that when you wash, there will be water everywhere, not even a partition, the safe was without batteries. We thought that we had not yet cleaned the room and went for a swim. We did not find the sea in the first half of the day, everyone swims in the pools, there were no people at all on the beach.
The hotel is very old and scary, everything is shabby and worn out, the hotel is a maximum of 3 *, we found a lake with sea water with a depth to the waist. From 13:00 to 15:00 you can eat pizza, a hot dog or a burger with french fries near this "lake". Then they told us where there is a sea with a gentle entrance and we went there, came and took the sea 20-25 meters wide and 40 meters long and that's it !! ! There is a great beach next to the hotel, but they kick you out if you go with a towel from your hotel. And I almost forgot there is also a pier 450-500 meters long, but we didn’t go there, there were strong waves, and people came from there beaten and cut. I decided to go and check whether the room was cleaned or not, I came and saw that nothing had changed, I went to the reception, and with a scandal I was moved to a room on line 1, which was the farthest from the hotel, but the very first from this "sea" . This room was already clean and the shower room was separated, the water was changed and cleaned, the bed linen is rarely changed.

The hotel is very large but not well maintained, all the houses are scuffed up, the paving stones are falling apart. The variety of food is poor, 5-4 types of vermicelli, potatoes, chopped vegetables, rice and rice with noodles mixed, there were melons and dates from fruits, there were bananas a couple of times, there was a lot of sweets but everything is monotonous from biscuit, only creams change, something similar to baklava, well, bread. Drinks are poured into small plastic cups, locally produced colo sprite and fanta are all called "Sinacola", the best drink is beer, but it is poured in such a way that it turns out 1-1.5cm. beer and 4cm. foam, everyone takes 6-8 glasses of beer per person, and gin is still nothing, we didn’t like the rest.

There are a lot of Arabs in the hotel, especially on weekends, on Saturday there is no place at all in a large restaurant, they are just dark. Very rarely Europeans fly in. Animation is scarce, in the evening you come and watch for 1.5 hours how Arab children dance with an aniator, then another 1.
5 hours of uninteresting performances by the same animator from Belarus, where everything rests on her. But mostly people will put up with it and just wait for the rest to end.

On the day of check-out, our flight was postponed from 18:30 to 1:00, and then to 3:20, and departed at 5:00, the transfer was supposed to pick us up from the hotel at 21:00, and we need to check out at 12:00, when I brought the card from the room, they began to take off the bracelets from us and said that we could no longer eat at the hotel, and in order to eat we need to pay $ 20 to eat and took the cards for towels, this is not in other hotels in the bracelets, you can even go home fly and eat and give towels before the transfer, but here you pay 20 dollars !! ! I asked the guide what it is, and what is nowhere to be found, and what should I do with a 2-year-old child? To which the guide told me that these are the rules of the hotel, and he is not a representative of JoinUp, but simply a host and they are Sun International, and he also said that if we love our child, we will pay $ 20 and eat.

And I somehow feel sorry for paying $ 20 for vermicelli !! ! Nobody paid anything and all the people went to eat insolently without bracelets, so all the people did, but there were those who paid. And on the first day, the guide said that when we check out, we need to vacate the room before 12:00 and then we can use all the benefits of the hotel without any problems, and upon request they will give us a room to wash and change clothes, but it turned out the opposite, it’s good that we we met a wonderful couple, and in their room we left our things and washed and changed, by the way, 2 days later the staff stole the Power bank from this couple, and at the reception they were told that they were not understood, by the way, when they freeze, they stop understanding Russian, and when you still speak English, they switch to Arabic, in short, you need to know Arabic in order to solve something.
They took us instead of 21:00 at 18:00 since they checked the information about the transfer at 16:00, we were taken from the hotel at 18:00 and taken to another hotel where we finally had a delicious meal in 7 days, and walked in this hotel until 12:00 and we were taken to the airport, and thank God we flew home, I have never wanted to go home from a vacation like this time.

In short, a 3 * hotel is no more, and maybe less, if you took a ticket for very, very cheap, then go to Ukraine, it’s unlikely that it will work out better for cheap. The staff is rude and the food is not good.
