I usually read reviews for information only, but in this case I'm just amazed! Because I personally arrived at this hotel for 12 days - there is something to say and show. Now I understand that bad reviews are simply deleted by the site admin! Gentlemen tourists, I NEVER considered myself too pretentious person, that is, I will never say that the salt is too salty and the water is too wet. I received a lot of unique positive emotions from the country, from excursions, from people, from the sun…. BUT NOT FROM THE HOTEL - the hotel does not match the description, even shoot! CHECK-IN: So, I was at the hotel at 9 am, and got into the room at about 3 pm, after I gave a bribe at the reception for 10 USD. e. Until that time, I could not drink water without a bracelet - they asked for 5 dollars! Photos of the room in which I got for a bribe are available! This is broken furniture, a non-working safe, an unmade wrinkled bed, a mirror in the bathroom was held on chewing gum! Unplastered sockets, non-closing balcony doors, and THE TOP OF MY NERVOUS SYSTEM IS A PATCH OF BLACK HAIR IN THE BED! When I contacted my travel agency and with a bit of a scandal they moved me to another room. This one was more habitable! ROOMS: Cleaned every day - nothing to say! They give out 3 liters of water per day - also true. Bed linen is changed every three days - CHECKED! (The description says every day). I had a wound on my shoulder, which left a spot on the pillow. So this pillow with a stain was in my room for 4 days! Once I personally gave 1 dollar to the cleaner, I thought something would change - WRONG! Air conditioning worked well, TV too! Bar - by advance payment only! TERRITORY: Landscape designers should be given their due! 5 points! ANIMATION: Well done! Many different shows: fakirs, Egyptian dancers, conjurers, etc. etc. SEA: IT IS NOT HERE! I always buy a beach holiday where you can bask in the sun and swim in the sea! THE SEA IS NOT HERE! You can survive the low tide, but you can’t measure up with an unfinished pontoon (only concrete pillars - there is a photo! ). You can’t measure the rudeness of a hotel guide who tells you - “It's okay, replace the sea with pools - we have three of them! ” FOOD: Suitable only for vegetarians (a lot of greens, vegetables, cabbage in all types and variants! ) NO MEAT AT ALL! A couple of times there was fish and some kind of substance pulled out of the jelly! NO SOUPS and FIRST COURSES! The menu is the same every day! On the last day of my stay, I didn't even go for lunch and dinner. I have seen jacket potatoes wander from one day and dish the next day to another dish with a different sauce. Very poor service for Russian-speaking tourists by waiters! I don’t know how they distinguish tourists, but they don’t fit at all! And as soon as you sit down at a table with Germans or Poles, they even offer you wine! Estimates that I gave: Accommodation - 3, Territory - 5, Design - 5, Beach - 1 (no need for a beach without a sea! ), Service - 3, Food - 2, Animation - 5, Sports - 4 OVERALL IMPRESSION: From the country , people, excursions - JUST SUPER!
