I read the reviews - I'm shocked... Great hotel. If you go with a claim for 5+, then, of course, there is nothing to do there... But for the price we paid, go there and only there.
We arrived at 23.00. We issued all 3 couples that arrived in 10 minutes, then a late dinner. The choice is not super rich, but the food is hot, deliciously cooked. What else is needed? After a late dinner, we were all escorted to our villas, the porter brought bags, suitcases and did not even linger... Not a hint of a tip! The room is huge! 30 meters, I guess. The room has a huge sexodrome))), a wardrobe, bedside tables, a table, chairs, bedside tables, a TV, a refrigerator, a safe, every day they put drinking water in bottles of 0.5 liters per person (all this is free! ). There is air conditioning and it worked well. There is also a chandelier-fan, which, by the way, is also a good thing) The bathroom is shared, of course. Everything is decorated very nicely. Here you have a huge mirror all over the wall, a sink, a toilet, a shower, heated towel rails... And even a bidet! ; -) The room is cleaned every day for free. By the way, they even made bows on the bed.
Now about the territory. The territory is huge. 3 pools of different depths: the deepest (2.25m) is closest to the main building, then the middle one (1.5m) - there is a bar, and the shallowest (about a meter, probably) - water aerobics classes were held there. There is also a children's pool with slides and a spa bath. There is a restaurant on the beach. Although, of course, not a "Restaurant", but rather a cafe))) But for a change - very nice. The territory is well-groomed, the grass is green, the bushes are trimmed, in the evening lanterns and garlands are burning. Beautiful) At low tide, I had to go a little further to swim, but that's okay. There, in short, entry into the sea can be said from the territory of the neighboring Azur hotel, but the sand is generally convenient, especially with children. And for those who like to see - you have to go a little further along the sea (there is a shallow place - knee-deep) to a small island - you can even leave your things there, but not valuable ones) And already near this island coral reefs begin, and there... Such fish!! ! Stunned! We were on the "Sea Walk" excursion for $ 25, and so there it was less interesting in the sea than with us! The main thing is to have a mask with a tube. In fins, it's just not comfortable there. But on the territory of the hotel (NEAR THE MIDDLE POOL NEXT TO THE BAR!!! ) you can buy slippers for swimming like sneakers for $5. Do not buy on the beach for 7!!!!! ! But the sea. . . Cool!!!

About food. The food is delicious. Not super diverse, but very even. Of course, the most delicious thing there is pastries (all sorts of different puff pastry products), cakes and desserts... Mmm! Eat your mind ; -) For breakfast - pastries, scrambled eggs, sausages, greens, something from the second, boiled eggs, pancakes, yogurt, cheeses, sausage. For lunch - salads, greens, usually 2 types of soup, various side dishes (rice, potatoes, pasta), there were casseroles and rice baked with squid. Meat! Meat used to be here regularly, and varied) And chicken, even grilled) All sorts of fish... Well, baked vegetables - tomatoes, beans... I won’t repeat about cakes) For dinner - the same thing, but the choice is different) Instead of "Turkish yupi "there was juice. Although it seems to me that these are still juice-containing drinks. Of course, not natural juice, but quite tasty, no one was poisoned and there were no other problems with digestion... Alcohol... Ooh, this is a song))) Beer is not bodya, tasty, not like ours, but also tasty. And the cocktails are just great! Walk up to the bar, say, "I'd like some sugary cocktail. " And that's it - they'll get some yummy. I really liked it. And of course, for free, because. on an all inclusive basis, they make cocktails from local drinks: gin, rum, vodka, whiskey, etc. There is no bar in the restaurant. Usually at lunch and dinner, the waiter comes and asks what will you drink. They bring it quickly, they don’t ask for tips) If you suddenly didn’t fit, don’t be shy, come up yourself. We came up once and asked for a beer. For the rest of the vacation, they always brought us beer, and very quickly)
The animation was not even bad. Children's - generally class! During the day there were sporting events - volleyball, football, aqua aerobics, such as Pilates and with balls (I forgot what it is called, emotions overflowed))) And in the evening there were all sorts of stage performances, discos, contests "Miss" and "Mr. Hotel"))) About bar sang live, however, under karaoke) But with feeling! And you can dance)
The weather, by the way, in Makadi Bay (Makadi Bay) is better than in other places, because there is always wind. Not cold, not hot. Very comfortable, not stuffy. What you need!
I must have forgotten something... Well, okay...
Not once did anyone in the hotel even hint at a tip. There was no arrogance, no rudeness at all. But we heard enough about other hotels while we were on excursions.
Of course, I’m not a very big specialist... Well, I was in Cyprus at 2 * (you don’t have to immediately say “FU”, there is good service, better than even in Greece, you can’t live in 2-ke))) , in Marmaris (Turkey) in 3 * and here in Egypt in Harmony 5 *. I will say right away that the cost is approximately the same. So the Harmony Hotel, of course, cannot be compared with those. Although everything was good there too. And here is not good, here is SUPER!! ! Especially for such money. The only thing that I realized for myself is that you need to go to Egypt to warm up, to relax. Of course, there are cultural values, and what else. But they are very far from the tourist destinations. From the "closer" I recommend Luxor, but it's hard... Or quads, if someone has not been yet) And, unfortunately, I noted for myself that civilization outside the hotel is ending... Not in the sense that there is a desert behind it , but in the fact that you will not be treated as well as in a hotel anywhere else. But the hotel does not get worse from this; )

In general, as in any business, the main thing is the attitude. Whichever one you go with, you will get one. You can always find something to complain about. . .
If I go to Egypt again, I will definitely go to Harmony!
