Rested in Egypt for the first time (Tez tour company)
Before that, there were many in Europe, Turkey. So there is something to compare.
Teza representatives met at the airport, you can buy a visa stamp on your own ($15) or overpay $2 to Teza representatives. We overpaid (too lazy to stand in line).
A representative from Teza was already waiting at the exit. After gathering the group, everyone was taken to the bus. There are several buses, seated depending on the chosen resort.
It takes 20-30 minutes to get to our hotel, air conditioning, comfortable seats and an unobtrusive guide about the country, about what you can’t take out, how to bargain, etc.

The hotel was greeted with a welcome cocktail, things were left at the entrance (they were taken to the rooms by the hotel staff, they put on bracelets and after 10 minutes they handed us cards (the key to the room). The representative of the hotel led to the room, who, after my flattering: "What a beautiful territory", he paid special attention to our couple, led us straight to the room, showed where everything is, so smile more and in return you will receive only a friendly attitude.
The room is good, spacious (no extra charge). On the second line from the sea, on the ground floor with a terrace overlooking the green courtyard.
The room has air conditioning and a huge fan, so it won't get hot.
We left our things and went to the beach. In the second half of the day there was a low tide, we wandered through shallow water, looked at the living creatures at the bottom.
On the second day, we met with the guide, listened to a short course of behavior in Egypt in general and at the hotel in particular (they told where everything is, where and how many times they are fed), and finally, a few words about the proposed excursions.
The next day, a free trip to Hurghada was offered for shopping, we just bought coral slippers there, a tunic for me for swimming and some other little things. They also brought them to a perfume factory (they offered oils (medicinal and perfumery), teas (Indian and hibiscus), honey.
In principle, it was possible not to go, later we learned that after 2 hotels there are good shops in Stelle. It's cheaper than in Hurghada. We then bought disposable underwater cameras there.
Meals 3 meals a day + ice cream after lunch near the pool.
Even before dinner there was a cocktail in the lobby.
The food is not particularly refined, but there was a choice. For lunch there was always fish, for lovers - pizza, chicken, fruits - dates, several times there were pears, always - a fruit salad of melon, grapes and pomegranate.
Delicious pastries.
At breakfast, the boy fried scrambled eggs in front of you with selected ingredients (cheese, tomatoes, onions, sweet peppers, mushrooms), and for lunch, too, there was pasta.
It’s hard to make an appointment to get dinner at an Italian restaurant (we didn’t get there)

The most fabulous thing in the hotel is the reef (before it, go through shallow water 20-30 meters to the island, and then a little along the island itself). And there... coral fish, incredible underwater landscapes (especially if you swim to the left along the coast). We saw a stingray, a squid, a couple of sea snakes in shallow water, a moray eel, a bunch of fish of unknown names, a Napoleon fish, warts, even a couple of sea cows, which are rare. There are a lot of purple jellyfish in the sea, they sting, but not much. Sea urchins appear in the evening, in the morning and in the afternoon they sit on holes in reef stones, there are a lot of crabs on the shore (mainly on stones).
In general, there were 2 visits to the sea - in the morning and in the evening, each for three hours - so exciting and amazing! So a mask is a must! But without flippers it is quite possible to do.
The Red Sea is the most salty, so when you get out of the water there is a slight discomfort from skin tightness, which we immediately removed in the beach showers.
A small minus can be called intrusive sellers of various services (massage, excursions, diving, tattoos, etc. ), who constantly came up and offered something.
The biggest disadvantage is Russian-speaking tourists. Comrades, be civilized! Don't destroy the Red Sea. Why break corals? They still can’t be taken out, the fines are huge, and to catch them and throw them back into the water is just blasphemy!
Don't be pigs! There was enough food for everyone even after your raids on the buffet!! ! Don't litter!!!
Of the excursions (with a tour operator) we went to Cairo, Alexandria and rode quad bikes in the desert. I liked everything, but Cairo is not enough, they took more shopping (((
Animation during the day was near the pools (I can’t say anything about it, because lying near the pool on the Red Sea is complete idiocy, in my opinion), but at 21:00 animation for children began in the amphitheater - very cool, then - a show for adults (very good choreography, especially liked the oriental show (a boy danced with some kind of round thing resembling a flared skirt) and a rock and roll show.
The disco was in the main building from 24:00 (did not reach)
So take a positive attitude, masks and - go ahead for emotions!!!
I really want to come back again!!!
Thanks to Tez tour and all the staff of Harmony for a wonderful holiday!! !
