We rested from February 13 to February 19.2013. Upon arrival at the hotel, they did not let us touch the suitcases, they had such an order. At the reception, they issued a room without any surcharges and delays within 10 minutes. They took us to our room in an electric car, brought a suitcase and waited for our opinion on the number. Surprisingly, the room turned out to be excellent with a sea view, although we did not ask. The territory is very beautiful, clean and well-groomed, looked after constantly. Cleaning in the room daily, also drinking water, tea, coffee, sugar was constantly replenished in the room.
As for the staff, I want to write only the best. This applies to everyone: bartenders, waiters, animators, security and in general everyone created a good mood and a holiday every day! Special thanks to the bartender Mustafa, animators Mango, Seryoga and Boris, and also to the DJ in the disco. You are GREAT! The only thing that upset me was that there were few people in the hotel and it was difficult to recruit teams to play water polo and volleyball. All the same, apparently it is not the season, although it is strange that the hotel is not full, and there are no more plane tickets from Kazan, we bought the last seats.
Regarding food: A huge selection, a variety of dishes, meat, fish, chicken, vegetables, a lot of sweets. What surprised everyone the most was the presence of soups. . . vegetable and BORSCH!! ! , and most importantly, everything is delicious and there are no problems with the stomach. It is generally unrealistic to stay hungry in a hotel, they always feed and in different bars. After 12 at the pool bar various ice creams. Drinks are generally around the clock, you can not crawl from the bar to the room. ; )

In the evenings you can always find something to do, someone walks around the territory and the embankment, in the amphitheater the animators showed show programs daily, there was also a karaoke evening, everyone sang and danced together. From 23.30 in the main building on the 3rd floor a disco bar opens. I advise everyone to go, there is also a bar with drinks and comfortable sofas.
Now the beach. It is large with plenty of sun loungers and shelters from the wind. I advise you to go swimming in the sea either from the pontoon, which is on the right, and if you are too lazy to go there, then on the left, there is a good entry into the sea and an island where you can sunbathe. Of course, it is better to walk in coral slippers, which are sold on site for $ 5. Of course, many people don’t like the beach, because there is no entrance to the sea right away, but I’m fine if there is a desire to swim and watch the fish, all this can be found there.
Now for the tours. Do not take them from the guides, because you pay twice as much, and you will go with the same ones who bought cheaper on the territory of the hotel. We took it from a guy from the Aqua Center, the badge says AMG, by the way, he is also a huge hello and thank you, the fact is that we forgot the charge from the camera on the plane, and he helped me completely free of charge to resolve the issue in search of another charger.
In conclusion, I want to thank the hotel for a super vacation, and the staff for super service. My advice: if you don’t like something, just tell the staff about it, without scandals, and they will definitely help you solve everything that depends on them.
