Went on vacation with my son. The story will be long, but I will try to be truthful and complete (my son and I are not in Egypt for the first time). They flew from Yekaterinburg, about 2 thousand dollars for 5 nights (from other countries, including from Moscow, it is much cheaper).
The hotel is located 40 km from Hurghada on the seashore. (to the airport 40 minutes, the shuttle bus stops at other hotels a little). On the one hand, there is a functioning hotel, on the other, it is still under construction, and on the third, a desert. It is far from the road, so if you are going to travel to the city often on your own, you will have to use a taxi from the hotel - 5 euros per person on a schedule and 10 at any time. The territory of the hotel is relatively large: the main administrative building with restaurants, residential 3-storey houses (villas), mostly 12 rooms, 4 swimming pools and a jacuzzi. The houses are arranged in lines of 6-7 in each: odd to the sea to the left of the main building, even to the right, pools between them. There is little vegetation, palm trees on the beach and by the pools are young, but there are lawns with green grass, shrubs, and flower beds.
The rooms are good, there is everything you need and BYE! works, the safe is free. Cleaning and linen change daily. All pools of different depths, for every taste, there are waterfalls. Chlorinate water from the heart. One pool has a bar counter. The smell is really there, like in a dirty pub. 4th pool (lagoon) with sea water, but shallow and dirty. Didn't venture to swim. It teaches windsurfing. The beach is big. On the beach and by the pools sunbeds and awnings. The sunbed must be occupied until 7 am; we woke up at 6 o'clock (fortunately, the time difference is 3 hours). You can only admire the sea, because. very small, knee-deep, need special shoes. In a nearby hotel, the sea is deeper (apparently artificially deepened), but their security does not let them in, and there was no desire or buzz to sneak or insolently (as others do and write in their reviews).

The hotel has 3 bars (reception, by the pool and on the beach) and 3 restaurants (Italian in the evening, on the beach at lunchtime, central (breakfast, lunch, dinner). All alcoholic drinks on all-inclusive are not great, but you can drink if you want. As for food, the hotel is greedy: a small selection, not tasty, mostly potatoes - boiled, fried and mashed potatoes, soups - broth on potatoes and onions, "delicatessen" give out scanty portions of the cook, the choice of fruits is limited, juices are bred heavily, everything ends very quickly , there are no napkins, toothpicks, etc. on the tables. For dinner, those who did not come to the opening of the restaurant will have to queue at the entrance (maybe you met abroad, but I only remember Soviet canteens, the principle is the same). entertainment. Excursions will be offered by tour operators, this is not for the hotel. Animation - exercises and dancing in the pool and around it (I saw only women participate. ) For children, a playground (as after a pogrom, everything is broken, pieces of toys) and in the evening on the stage, hackneyed plastnik about ducklings in English. There are performances, I went to one, TYPE of a fakir show, but the child, due to the late start, is no longer up to it, and thank God. There are playgrounds for volleyball, football, water polo in the pool, a dive center and a gym. Also ONE! tables for tennis and billiards. At night, the disco is paid.
Of the tourists, there are many Russians, Ukrainians, there are Germans, Spaniards, etc. The hotel staff understands and speaks Russian, but the attitude towards Russian speakers is, to put it mildly, indifferent. Do not expect to get a room by the sea and fast friendly service in a bar, restaurant, administrator. Even if there is a queue, they serve non-Russians at first. We lived in the farthest house in the corner room, but I consider this the only plus: silence, a good view of the entire empty hotel and beautiful (true) desert-sands, then high mountains and a flower garden masking a thorny fence with a neighboring hotel. We rested only due to the change of scenery, Egyptian warmth and active swimming in the pools. Assessing the hotel objectively, we put a solid TWO with our son with a big minus.
PS: You can go to this hotel if you were offered a last-minute tour at a bargain price and you don’t feel sorry for the time spent, as a warm-up before the main vacation. If you are going to constantly go on excursions and not live in a hotel, then still look for another hotel closer to the city.
