Rested here with children 12 years on July 21. I selected according to people's reviews, I am grateful to them, so I will leave my feedback.
At first, the disadvantages were not critical for me, but maybe important for someone:
* Early check-in - only for an additional fee of 50 euros.
* 600 steps to the sea, albeit on a shady alley, but, for example, my children were often lazy to walk, preferring swimming pools.
* Sunset in the sea is gentle, sand, almost no fish, with a mask is not interesting. To the reef and fish you have to walk 2000 steps to the right on the pontoon of another hotel. I walked, but it's hard for children
* Many boats are at a distance of 300-500m from the shore, one of the 9 evenings on the beach smelled of gasoline.
* Getting to Hurghada is hassle and expensive, even via Uber $ 15 one way. We bought all the souvenirs in local shops (T-shirts for 5, keychains for 2, backpack for a child for 10, cover for underwater photography 10, caps for 10).

* And about the temperature for those who plan to go in the summer.
In July afternoon the temperature was 38-42 degrees, the water warmed up to 28-30. If you do not go on excursions, go to the sea in the morning (we went at 6.30), in the afternoon to rest in the room, the heat feels like ours. In order not to burn, we always swam in T-shirts for the pool (non-cotton, but made of polyester, only these allow you to swim in the pool and water park, you need to bring them with you), and it is desirable to walk in long-sleeved shirts. Here they are sold too, 10 dollars.
Now the pros:
* Hotel, rooms, territory, restaurant, waiters - all very clean, clean, well-groomed. Service - hateful, caustic, the atmosphere is very friendly. Atypical for Egypt. I would say that European rules are felt in everything. As far as I understand, the hotel is run by an Austrian.
* The food is not as varied as in Turkey, but it is fresh, served only by waiters in gloves, vegetables, fruits, yogurt, fish, chicken, fast food for children, soups and milk porridge - everything was.
We have never had stomach problems.
* Quiet atmosphere during the day (both on the beach and by the pools). Evenings of entertainment are quiet, there were every day, but we did not hear from his room.
* Everything is well thought out for small children - children's menu, ramps for strollers, swimming pool under the awning, children's town.
* Sunset is gentle, sandy, to a depth of 30-40 meters, the sea is calm and clean, no waves, no jellyfish, no algae. Large beach, plenty of space, near cafes with drinks and fast food.
* Contingent - Germans, Austrians, a little Italian, wealthy locals, Ukrainians. Everything was calm, without shouting, drunken singing and loud company. The hotel has few people, perhaps due to its remoteness from Hurghada. Everywhere is calm and without queues.
* Aquapark. The price for it is added to the tour (UAH 2 for 3). Unlimited. Take a bus every hour (20 minutes to get there).

The water park is private and very beautiful, there are wonderful slides for both children and adults, they are very careful about safety, I calmly let go of small skating and skated myself. There are food courts where to have a snack.

Conclusion: a very decent place even for discerning tourists who, like us, have previously stayed in 5-star hotels in Kemer. Thank you to all the hotel staff for their friendliness and very comfortable stay!
