Rested with my husband and a child of 3 years 2 weeks in early September.
First, the pros of the hotel:
1) impeccable, well-trained staff. Everyone is ready to help, with a smile and understanding. The service is very high quality and unobtrusive, which is a rarity in Egypt. Many thanks to guest-relationship Zoya for solving our issues. The man is definitely doing his job!
2) SEA! Excellent, with a good entrance. Shallow at first, then depth, reefs and fish begin. You can dive with a mask right near the shore. The beach is clean and well maintained, there were always enough sunbeds.
3) the territory is compact, well-groomed. Everything is thought out. Lots of greenery.
4) excellent pools, both for children and adults.
5) Good restaurants and bars, queues are moderate. Drinks, as elsewhere in Egypt.
6) Good animation and kids club, well done guys!
7) Large and bright room. Divided into 2 zones with a thick curtain. Large balcony.
"Minuses"
1) time to renovate. The hotel is 10 years old. Cracks on the walls, plumbing tired, furniture too. Ancient TVs and refrigerators.
2) far from the sea for 7-10 minutes with a free step. With a small child, it is quite tiring to walk under the scorching sun.
3) in the room (we lived on the 2nd floor) there were small ants who are very fond of sweets.

1) the kitchen is average. You won't be hungry. But if you are used to dishes from Michelin restaurants, you will not be surprised here.
2) a hotel for families. young people have nothing to do. After 23-00 the hotel is completely immersed in sleep)
