We loaded onto the bus and after 2-3 minutes we were taken to the hotels. The Pegasus representative escorted us to the hotel reception, where we were warmly greeted by a girl from guest relations, which helped to fill everything in, explained what was happening and showed me to the room. The room was given by the second pool. It's just super, silence, comfort. I was very pleased with the hotel staff, cultured, smiling, up to the cleaners, everyone smiles. In our room they were constantly cleaning, and for $ 1 they made such masterpieces from towels, they left a tip every few days, but despite this, constantly coming from the beach, they saw their room clean and tidy. one pillow per person, after a call to the reception after 5 minutes they brought us two more pillows without any problems (well, of course, there was a tip of $ 1). It is very strange, but there are no bathrobes and slippers in the room, and in the bathroom shampoo and shower gel are replaced by one bodysuit, well, like 2 in 1.
I would like to note that the hotel is rather intended for a quiet family holiday. In hotels, one half are Russian tourists, the other Germans. The attitude is exactly the same.
The hotel has its own beach, there were always enough places. Towels are always fresh and changed on request. On the beach there is a bar where you can have a snack, soft drinks, ice cream, etc. There is a shower where you can rinse, as well as changing cabins. I was very pleasantly surprised that the changing cabins are closed with a zipper, there is an armchair and a mirror. The sea is excellent, I don’t know how anyone, but I went into the sea without special shoes and nothing happened to me. The sea is warm, there are fish, you can safely take a mask with you, there will be something to see. A minute's walk to the pier, where flocks of beautiful fish, sea urchins constantly swim. The hotel is located on the second line and from the hotel to the sea you need to walk 5-7 minutes at a calm pace, the road to the sea passes through the territory of the hotel, which is also part of the Makadi complex. On the way to the sea, there is a very well-worn territory with funny little animals carved from bushes. So a walk to the sea will not seem burdensome to you.

The hotel is very calm. There is animation both in Russian and in German. The animators are just great. moving, fun. Every morning they pass around all the pools, say hello, invite them to aerobics, volleyball, etc. On the beach there are constant games of volleyball, squash. . . Olympiads are held between hotels. You can spend the evening mostly in the shisha bar, where there is a children's disco until 21.00. Animators work with children. Dance with them, sing songs. And then the show for adults. every time there was something new and a fire show, and dance and belly. They won't let you get bored.
As for the food, it was quite varied. Every day is themed. Egyptian night, 1001 spoons of peace, etc. Dishes corresponding to the declared theme were prepared for each day, and, of course, tables were laid, the hall was decorated. Very tasty pancakes for breakfast, as well as yogurt, muesli and fresh juices were also available. Delicious pastries, various cakes. In any restaurant, bar, you are given a bottle of water on demand, you can take as much as you need and without problems. I also do not limit the number of bottles per day, at least take it every five minutes.
There are many different shops with souvenirs on the territory of the hotel. Be sure to bargain! I want to warn you, they tried to sell a lot of oils there, choose carefully, many can cause allergies, do not buy right away. Ask to put a little on your hand and see how your skin reacts. Walking in the evening, we came across a very good shop, it is located a little apart from the others, but there they did not sell a highly concentrated essence of the perfume they liked, and not, like in other shops, the same essence, but diluted with oil. But I want to warn you that all their oils smell only at a temperature of 20-35 degrees. Arriving in Moscow, and it was already autumn, the aroma of the oil appeared only when I entered the room, that is, where it was warm!
I went on excursions from a tour operator. went to Luxor. I liked everything very much, the only thing autumn is very very hot, especially at 12.00. Everything just melts, the water in the bottle boils.

Checkout time at the hotel is 12.00. They constantly postpone the departure time and as a result we generally flew to another airport in Moscow, the only plus is that we were warned about this a day in advance. The pegasus has an unspoken agreement with this hotel that tourists can stay on the territory of the hotel until the time when the bus arrives and takes them to the airport. Until this time, bracelets are not removed, and, accordingly, you can eat in all bars. But you need to leave the room before 12.00, but you can extend it by paying at the reception. We extended for 2 hours and paid about $100, but we packed up without haste and did not walk for 2 hours in the heat.
