The choice is not very large (I have something to compare with, sometimes it was a problem to feed my son, but I have a very picky one), the food is quite tasty, I definitely didn’t go hungry). The hotel is small, clean, lots of greenery, flowers (for Egypt). A big plus - you can walk around all the hotels on the territory of Makadi (we did not go around all the hotels). There is a short road to the beach, very green (in the shade), did not bother at all (and we were with a 4-year-old child). The beach is large, clean, there are always free places (you don’t need to run to the beach in advance), minus - locals constantly get on the beach with offers of excursions, massages, etc. The staff is all just smart, they try very hard to please customers (service really at a very high level, this has not yet met. Perhaps this is due to the fact that they have a personnel verification system: there are employees who are engaged only in monitoring employees, constantly asking tourists what suits them and what does not, what needs to be corrected, changed, 1p per week. carry out the letter. questioning of all tourists - in terms of the quality of staff service and judging by how all the staff are cowardly before the questioning and ask to be given "excellent", we decided that their salary or bonus depends on this). Separately, I want to say about the animators: the team is just SUPER!! ! My child was crazy about them, he still remembers the Czech Caroline (such a gold), the fairy-tale characters Bamsi and Sani, and other girls and guys - the animators were great (I understand that it doesn’t matter in neighboring hotels with animation), on children's disco went to us) from all neighboring hotels with kids). The rest was slightly spoiled by the fact that the child and I were poisoned after visiting the water park (I think we swallowed very chlorinated water). Again, I was pleasantly surprised by the care of the staff: they themselves called, came, offered help, prepared diet food for us separately, which we asked for. Especially for my son, they even cooked buckwheat (thanks, Yulichka, very much, both for buckwheat and for such attention! ) In general, we were satisfied with the rest! The hotel can be recommended)!
