We go in the "off season": a bay closed from the winds and a large sandy beach. Service and food is bad. Once the hotel was owned by an Italian (according to old memory, many guests are Italians and Germans), but now the owner is a local Arab (for them, this level of service is good, whoever was in the cities of Egypt will understand).
