Fungus on the walls, ants running around, everything is dirty, layers of 3-year-old dust, doors, handles, furniture shelves once fucking and broken into rubbish, half of the switches do not work, sliding doors (exit to the terrace to the table) gouged so much - that it was necessary stuff a few napkins for sealing so that they don’t grumble in the wind and you can fall asleep, but the air conditioner worked and the water was a little warm. At first there was no refrigerator - then they brought it. They promised to relocate - to hell with it. They started repairing it - they commuted the LCD TV, and instead they put in an old one that was killed with a wire rewound in several places with electrical tape, and in order to turn it on, this wire must be bent in a certain place (we don’t even have a TV on vacation, but the very fact that instead of the promised repair they change you candy for guano, they just killed you), the first time the switch in the room was simply put in place without a performance check... As a result, these kulibins repaired the switches after 3 attempts (repeated trips to the reception) - you turn on the corridor and the light is on. and in the room - kapets pancake. There is a place for one more switch button - in theory there should be a through switch... but these comrades do not have hands from there... In general, there is no service. They ordered an alarm clock for a tour - they didn’t wake up at all... although if the cleaner is left for tea, it’s normal, he will even weave a figure out of towels, but he won’t clean it normally... Microbuses (ancient daihatsu) drive around the hotel - such as transportation - but to be honest It’s much more comfortable on a peshkarus and nothing stinks. A huge and probably the only plus is the location of the hotel - a chic bay with a sandy beach - it’s the best for children, and for adults when a strong wind doesn’t swim on the sea... There are several more beaches near this hotel that go directly to the sea - a good reef with beautiful inhabitants , but these beaches are abandoned - half of the sunbeds are broken, the mattresses are torn... No food, the dishes are often not washed... but no one goes to Egypt for delicious food, at the end of the holiday he got sick, but this is predictable... The guides from the Pegasus are one good (Nikita) full adequate, and the second is exactly the opposite (Artem, it seems) - in short, the little man considers himself a local "Kirkorov" - he himself said; nifiga does not work, answers people rudely (probably learned from the local reception)...
Local and non-local guides from "Pegasus" on excursions - damn it, it's just awesome to communicate with such people (so that there are such people in hotels), probably well trained or just everywhere there are PEOPLE and not quite people...

I wish the hotel a speedy bankruptcy - further sales, repairs, replacement of staff, or that the owners more often delve into the problems of their offspring, make a good repair and replace the staff!
