I am writing a review for the first time, although I have been in Europe, Asia, and Egypt for the fifth time for 15 years, but I experienced such a shock for the first time. I am writing to warn tourists that valuables and money are stolen from the hotel even from safes. This happened on June 27.2015. when my two daughters, aged 6 and 17, were settled in building 11 in room 1146. The room did not work: the refrigerator, air conditioning, the buttons on the TV were stuck, the safe was not fixed to a fixed surface (it was easily carried in hands), towels and bathroom accessories were absent. I immediately contacted reception to fix the above problems. But the hotel manager suggested that we first go to a restaurant for dinner, and then do some repairs. Despite my persistence, the hotel staff did not react in any way and escorted us out to dinner, while showing the time and promising to fix everything in 5 minutes, but they themselves were inactive. All this lasted for 1 hour, and periodically the administrator repeated to us: “Go to a restaurant for dinner, come and everything will be fine! ”. Then the children and I, after waiting for the hotel employee to bring the suitcases to the room, decided to go to dinner, while we did not open the suitcases from the film, put the documents and $ 500 money in the safe, took the tablet and 2 phones with us. After dinner, we heard music and went down to the Aurora bar, where there was a mini-disco, after which we went to the room. Approaching the door, we saw that the door leaf was completely knocked out, the plywood from the door with the room number was standing near the door jamb. Opening the door with the lock, we saw our things scattered over the bed, they were shaken out of the backpack and the bag and rummaged through, all pockets and sections of the bags were very carefully checked, the safe was opened, and documents were scattered all over the bed, there was no money in the amount of $ 500. And our indignation, negotiations with the Pegasus guides, the hotel administration and even the police, did not bring any results. The claim I wrote was refused by everyone, both the hotel administration and representatives of Pegas-Touristik. On the same evening, several more tourists were robbed, and before our arrival there were 10 thefts a week. Therefore, being in this hotel throughout the rest, we carried everything of value with us everywhere and everywhere. The only and big positive plus in this vacation is the lagoon and the sandy beach, which the children really liked, and I liked the coral reefs with unique marine flora and fauna.
