Arrival at the hotel - accommodation - every room that they provide you is praised and as if only you had this chance to get the best room and directly looking into your eyes they hint that you should pay for it, even when, at the request, they took away the suitcase upon departure - the guy said bluntly - pay it in 5 stars, yes, I myself would give him money, but when they say so brazenly, he takes anger and, of course, it remained to send him to hell. 2. The room - the curtains are dirty, there is dust in the corners, the tiles in the bathroom are broken and dirty, the towels are washed out and when you bring them to your face, they stink of something, the smell in the bathroom of stagnant water is like in a swamp, shampoo and gel is something, as if the bubbles are used 100 times and pour water from the tap there, there is not even a shoehorn, the furniture is all old, the yellow bed linen is all washed out and stained. 3. The pool is half full, and since the grandson swam for a long time, I had to stand and watch how he swam in this hole, if you sit on the sunbed the child is no longer visible there, the parallel side is opposite the entrance to the pool, if the child swims to it and is unknown wants to get out, I’m surprised how there haven’t been any accidents in this hotel, it’s immediately down a meter and a half, and if the legs from the pool are damp, then the children, and adults, I’m already tired of counting how many people fell, my grandson passed with a black eye on his cheek 2 weeks. 4. Restaurant - well, this is complete pornography, and 3 stars are extra. Firstly, you can say no to fruit, there have never even been apples, oranges, and the whole range of fruits were cut into small pieces, so the oranges are dry, the melon was three times, it seems that they ate the middle, and laid out the peels for the guests, watermelon three times it was, you can’t break it in your mouth, white and tasteless, but what immediately kills is the dishes - not only did you have to wait for them to bring it, but its condition kills if you turn the cup over, the bottom is black from old dirt, and I wanted to wash it before you eat and drink, you take food and run to find a spoon and fork, there are a lot of attendants in the restaurant, but they snoop around the restaurant and you can’t see what they are doing, if something is spilled on the floor or something is dropped, it will lie for hours, it seems that the owner does not go there at all, but if he happens and sees all this, then he is a worthless owner. In general, the restaurant is worse than some kind of scruffy canteen. You could spit and buy whatever you want, but here is the problem, there is no access to some kind of stores - they simply do not exist, and that there is nothing at the hotel, we went to Hurghada, also some clothes (one piece of junk). The food is crap, sorry for the expression, the fish drags in a swamp, the meat is dry soles, and then according to the issue, in the morning you need to stand in line for scrambled eggs, there is nothing to take vegetables, they put a cup of tomatoes and cucumbers - who managed to grab it, an hour before the end, there are generally only leftovers. 5. The poor children have nothing to do at all, and there were two cool days, then people wandered around the territory with sour faces and sat in their holes. Flights back to everyone are almost postponed by 8 hours earlier. Reviews that everything is fine there - I'm just surprised, I don't want to offend anyone, but people can't compare with anything and they haven't seen anything better.
