Even after reading horror stories about this hotel, we drove calmly, because we flew to Egypt for the second time and imagined what it was like. Before that, they were in the top five in the Canary Islands and in Greece, so there is something to compare with. Europe is more suitable for an active sightseeing holiday, and we choose Egypt for ourselves as a "seal" holiday. Take a break from the hustle and warm the children at sea. This time the holiday exceeded all expectations. We arrived in the morning, we were at the hotel at 13-00, "Pegasus" very promptly took us to our destination. Despite the fact that this hotel is the last one when transporting tourists, and we stopped by 7 hotels, we got there in an hour. While we were filling out the paperwork, a waiter appeared from somewhere with juice for us, which was very nice. At the reception, the Arab pointedly looked through our passports and gave us the keys. We didn’t put anything in the passport, so we went to see what we got. Number 1111, standard number five (and any, both European and Egyptian). Free safe, air conditioning, bathroom amenities, a very powerful hair dryer, TV, access from the terrace directly to the grass, which is very convenient with children. Ahmed, the porter, asked us if we prefer two small beds for children or one large one. We chose the second one and went for lunch. The design of the hotel is in no way inferior to European hotels, even wins in some ways. Everything is very well thought out and luxurious. But what is not in Europe is the Arab staff, which in my opinion only decorates Egypt. Yes, Egyptian hotels have a human face, and therefore it is very important to at least greet the Arabs. Because with polite people, they behave like hospitable hosts and try very hard to make you like everything everywhere. If you come to Egypt, to show how cool you are, that you were able to buy a ticket to them, believe me, the Arabs can ruin your vacation. There are actually a lot of Italians in the hotel, but they are very quiet and calm, apparently because the hotel is designed for families. Orange bracelets indicate that they have a different form of service. In bars, they, unlike us - with green bracelets, paid for everything. At Easter we survived the invasion of the Egyptians. They were visited by 300 people for 3 days. I don’t know, maybe there was a sale of tickets. All the shopkeepers, sellers of massages and excursions unanimously complained to us that their business was down, because the Egyptians are poor and do not want to spend money. On the other hand, Arab vacationers served themselves huge plates in a restaurant, occupied all the sunbeds on a very spacious beach, and came to evening events with the whole team. Therefore, when on the fourth day we did not see a single woman in a headscarf, we breathed a sigh of relief and rejoiced at the Italians visiting us again, like relatives. The restaurant is very spacious, the food is varied, it is served constantly, there are no queues. Focusing on Italian food is also a pleasure, because not all Egyptian hotels allow you to eat different pasta prepared by an Italian every day. The restaurant periodically pleased with seafood, barbecue, watermelon, and various other goodies. Very tasty coffee is brewed in the bars, from 15-00 to 17-00 they give ice cream to everyone and as much as you want. On the beach, the choice of food is not great: fries, greens and hamburgers with hot dogs, but if we ate in the evening, then the next day at lunch, we didn’t go up to the restaurant, but had a snack at the bar on the beach. Be sure to try all the cocktails that the bar offers (the menu on each table), because there are a lot of delicious ones, but I won’t recommend it, because the taste, as they say, is the color. . . You can write odes about the beach of the hotel, but a lot has already been written about this. Very beautiful, comfortable, music, unobtrusive animation, which very much attracts people to participate in oriental dances, volleyballs and other entertainment not by pulling out hands, but by demonstrative daily performances on the beach by the entire animation team. Only one of the animators stays at the hotel in the miniclub, the rest plow on the beach. There is no animation near the pool. Miniclub is open 10-12 and 15-17 in the hotel and on the beach. An animator girl with a miniclub flag walks along the beach every day and gathers children to build sand castles and play children's games. Weekends we have animators have not noticed. Also, they played a mini disco incomparably. Every evening, when we came to work there with our girls, there was no limit to children's delight. When the show started after the minidisco, people were already dispersing, but the animators tried very hard to light the hall, despite the number of people in it. Although the crowd of Arabs scared even the animators in my opinion))). The shops at the hotel are very friendly sellers. We went to them to drink tea, taught them Russian, and they gave us good discounts. Amir in the fragrance shop is a real pro, after 3 hours of talking with him, I now know almost everything about oils, and Mina in the T-shirt shop is a very good-natured and cheerful guy. Make friends with sellers and get good discounts. We could not ignore the SPA-salon (I always do massage on vacation). In this hotel, the masseurs are so professional that even my husband joined me for the first time and also gave me a massage. And while we were being massaged, our children were somersaulting in the jacuzzi under the supervision of Mahmud. I wanted to dye my hair in the salon at the hotel, but did not dare. The paint seems to be Italian, but who knows… And we also brightened up our vacation by taking a windsurfing course. The instructor even gave us the rights to drive this miracle in any country in the world. My husband and I rode for a week every day for 2 hours. Paid about $200. My conclusion is that if you don’t walk and don’t look around you, what would be the disadvantages to write in a review upon arrival, you can live in this hotel for a vacation for a lifetime! We went to Egypt and will continue to go, because the price matches the quality, and the Egyptian flavor not only suits us, but even delights us!
