Dear compatriots!
We visited this hotel and would like to share our impressions about the desired vacation. Hot sun, dry climate with a pleasant wind, the sea with its unique underwater world - that's why we choose the resorts of Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh. In Egypt, my mother and I are the 6th time. We have stayed in different hotels, but this is the first time we have come across this one.
This hotel is positioned as a new 5-star hotel, built a couple of years ago. In fact, the rooms are quite old, and as it turned out, it was reopened under a different name, and it is 15 years old. Currently, construction is underway right on the territory, all the dust and dirt flies into the pool. An unpleasant incident happened - A SINK FALLED IN THE BATHROOM, it was glued with glue. First of all, the receptionist asked if she had crashed... The whole bitterness of this tragedy is that this 15-kilogram fool fell not on the floor, but ON MY MOTHER'S LEG (a bruise, swelling and a scratch on the floor of her leg), as a result of which she it was forbidden to swim for 4 days (it’s good that our vacation lasted 2 weeks, but for someone this deprivation can be exactly half of the rest)

Another interesting point is that the HOTEL has 3 BEACHES. Do not believe me, gentlemen, I will hasten to dispel this myth. This hotel has 1 bald beach with CASTRATED PALMS (tied up), an artificially created lagoon, located in 3 walls, where no wind penetrates, except that the flies from the heat overcome and aggress. On the other false beach, equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers, there is a sharp coral platform about 200 meters long with hedgehogs and a sharp cliff, and a sign "BATHING IS DANGEROUS FOR LIFE".
The hotel is huge, uncomfortable, about a thousand people. In order to take a seat under an umbrella, you need to get up at 5.30 in the morning, at 6 o’clock the sun loungers are occupied by towels (which are given to ordinary people at 9 am) by the Arabs to the Germans, feeding them in the amount of 5 euros for 2 days (these are all real numbers). To get to this beach, you have to go down 4 tiers of steps covered with sand (they are not swept or cleaned), and then go up again! and all this in a 40-degree heat in the middle of the mountains of the desert (there is NO GREEN IN THIS HOTEL AT ALL, respectively, a shadow). They save only cars that carry from the mountain to the beach and around the territory with a schedule from 9 to 18, with a break for lunch, which, believe me, is not much fun.
The service staff is impudent, the rooms are not cleaned, at the reception all requests are passed by.
The only thanks to the hostelation of this hotel, the Russian girl Irina, who helped to quickly solve everyday and not only problems.
PLUS OF THE HOTEL only in the beautiful building of the main reception and the veranda in the main restaurant (beautiful view of the lagoon). Otherwise, the hotel is 3 *, the food is like everywhere else, no better, no worse.
We spent half of the holiday in another hotel, nearby, we managed to pay a little extra and move. I advise you not to travel with the PEGAS tour operator, the guides at the hotel are rude and provide anti-help.
I dare to recommend hotels CLUB AZUR, ROYAL AZUR. Good hotels.
Have a nice holiday!
