I decided to leave a review about the rest in this hotel.
First of all, a special thanks to Pegas Tourist for the good organization of excursions, the perfect accompaniment of guides and the super guide Magida in Al-Nabila. An extremely pleasant person who will help solve any issue and provide advice on all issues.
To begin with, we arrived at the hotel at 9 am, the receptionist (introduced as Andrey) said that just because my husband knows Arabic, he gives us a chic room with a sea view without money (1618) . We were delighted and of course went in such a mood to settle. Entering the bungalow, I was “a little” amazed: the elements of the doors that fell off were sealed with adhesive tape, the bathroom was terribly dirty, broken tiles, tulle with holes, the view from the window (photo attached). My husband and I decided that this is really nonsense and will in no way spoil our vacation. It was exactly until I made the bed. It would be better if I didn’t do this - the sheet was crumpled, they obviously slept on it more than once, the presence of 6 long black hair shocked me even more. We took pictures of all these "joys" and went back to the reception to "Andryusha" to thank for the wonderful room and demand its replacement. Of course, he began to say that the hotel was 100% full, there were no places, but a conversation with the general manager “discovered” them in a strange way. They settled us in a room in a honeymoon house (1843) on the very seashore with a gorgeous view from the window.

If I had been in Egypt for the first time, perhaps I would not have noticed something and the criteria for evaluating the hotel would have been completely different. But what we have, we have. The room was cleaned very badly, to be precise, the cleaning included throwing out garbage and making the bed (the sheet was never straightened). We had to constantly ask the reception staff about wet cleaning, changing towels, bed linen, replenishing the supply of toilet paper. By the way, it is better to bring your own towels - they are with terrible stains and very shabby. Most likely they are not washed, but simply steamed. In general, it seems that the hotel workers are very lazy and do not want to do anything again. Aloe grew next to our room, during the entire period of stay (and this is a whole 14 days) bottles of shower gel were used in its leaves and none of the cleaners even thought to remove them.
The dishes in the dining room are almost all chipped and cracked. They also wash it very badly. Once I came across a cup with the remnants of lipstick and an unwashed plate with the remnants of food. Tablecloths with holes and stains. For 4 days I watched an orange and half a croissant lie above the fruit shelf. On the 5th day, thank God, they still removed it.
Meals: The 7 days of our stay in terms of nutrition in general were ideal, although we are completely unpretentious before meals. The next 7 days were very different from the previous ones, I had to walk in circles around the dining room in search of something edible, because carrots, zucchini and rice became very boring. Perhaps this is due to the end of Ramadan and the increase in the number of visiting Arabs, but there was really nothing to eat. Potatoes are almost always half-baked. Of the fruits for 14 days were: figs 1 time, oranges every day, melon every 4 days, dates every 3 days, 1 time watermelon.
Sore point of the dining room - flies. Although they are caught with an electric fly swatter, this is of little use.
I really liked the waiter Mohammed in the bar near the pool by the sea. Always friendly and attentive, pours drinks from bottles.
The territory of the hotel: very large and beautiful, much greener than in the photographs. But then again - cleaning is very lame. Once the light went out completely for 40 minutes. It’s better not to buy anything in the shops at the hotel - the prices are very high, even if you haggle, they won’t drop much. The mask, which we bargained with the seller for $15 (originally it was $35), was seen in Cleopatra for $6.5. Watches (ice watch) sell for $10, in the city they cost $3.

The sea in this hotel is that huge fat plus, for which you can return to Al-Nabila. There are different places for swimming and recreation - a lagoon where you can play with children; a lagoon with dead corals, but fish tamed by tourists; open sea with waves, gorgeous underwater world. My husband and I almost constantly snorkeled and watched this beauty. Last year, in order to see this, we paid big money for an excursion, and here - look, as much as your heart desires. The advantage of the last beach is the almost absence of people and the absolute absence of "barker flies".
To summarize the rest, I will say this: the sea is gorgeous, above all praise, the service is terrible. I would advise my relatives and friends to go there - definitely not. Unless the cost of the tour would be very cheap. And so - the hotel for 5 * does not even pull approximately. It's a pity, because having a chic territory and the sea, the hotel could really be one of the best. Perhaps if the owner changes or the same approach to management changes, then Al-Nabila will still “bloom”.
