Do not think that I am a senile, there is also a positive, but there is very little of it - this is the sea, the territory of the hotel and the rooms. I wrote a review based not only on my impressions and the people with whom we became friends, but also simply exchanged opinions with strangers. When we arrived, we had paid for an expensive family room. We were settled on the outskirts, where there is nothing nearby, overlooking the road and a very long walk to the main restaurant and the bus to the beach. We asked for a closer room, especially since the hotel was half empty. We were ordered to pay 150 euros. We paid. They don't feel sorry for the children. After settling in, they discovered that the refrigerator did not work, it stinks of sewage, there are no Russian channels, when I told us about this, they said,
that everything will be removed. As a result, the hotel has such a business, if you ask for something, PAY, otherwise they will freeze. And if you do not give a dollar for cleaning, they may not put water in the mini bar or clean it up badly. Russian channels were never delivered to us, they asked us every day, the dollar was not paid in principle. To sit on the toilet you need to disperse the ants. SPA didn't work for a single day! Tap water is slimy and yellow (see photo). Ultra all inclusive does nothing but their booze, which you can drink for free after 11pm. They pour a little in bars, you have to beg each time to top it up. The pool water is 20-22 degrees. Could at least warm up in the children's water park. Animation paid 10 dollars. from a person. Internet NO. Only ONE lobby bar is open in the evening. There is nowhere to put yourself, And especially young people suffer. Ice cream 1 hour a day for a tablespoon is given out. Towels for the beach are not washed, (see photo) I threw in my face, could not stand it, and they are still stealing,
then payment at check-out 15 dollars for a towel. On the beach, where there is no wind, there is a rocky shore. The sun loungers are broken. Attractions are very short in time, for example, roller coasters ride in a small circle and only 2 times. We have been traveling for 10 years, but this was not even close. Probably the most depressing thing is the food, you can write a lot, it immediately catches your eye that the tables are dirty, (see photo) sticky, covered with a greasy film and columns too, there are no napkins at all, the food is just scary to look at, not that it is. There is nothing to feed the children, they went to the city to buy food. Fresh cucumbers were given 3 times, and tomatoes 2 times for the entire stay. Fish and meat of the same species, 2 weeks the same, overcooked pieces, like rubber. Fish need to be caught from some kind of burda (see photo). Have you ever eaten pasta salad (see photo)? Have you seen two salads in one dish, one from yesterday, the other the day before yesterday, mixed together (see photo)? Desserts from one puff pastry. The cakes are tasteless.

Horror fruits, chopped green melons, oranges and apples float in cubes in water with sugar (see photo). Fruits are not given whole due to the fact that they did not endure. Have you ever stood in line for an omelette (see photo)? Coffee 3 dollars. Fresh juice $3. Worst of all, at the table where the beach bar lay a DEAD mouse, the child found (see photo). Bartenders sell alcohol and drugs. In general, the attitude of the entire staff is terrible, the main task is to lure out money at any cost. The hotel is not suitable for strollers, not for doors, not for stairs, there are also bridges everywhere, they got tired of carrying a stroller with a child. In the evenings we sat in the room, it gets dark at 5 o'clock and the hotel is dying. Then, at 21-00, they turn on the speakers on the rides at full volume, creating a type of holiday, although only a few ride on the rides. In general, for the first time they were waiting for this vacation to end, it's a pity the time, money and children wasted.
