Hello. I hope the hotel management sees the reviews. Although, they did not solve all our questions. I am a very busy person but still took the time to tell the truth for this hotel.
We flew in at 5. I am a husband, parents, and my child is 3 years old. The settlement took a very long time. I must say right away that everyone who works on the territory of the hotel is just animals. They have no respect for vacationers. They look at you like you are stupid. Near the reception there are scandals every minute.
The area is beautiful, but everything is dirty. The room is dirty, the service is just beyond words. There is no housekeeping.

Get ready that on the territory of the hotel you and your children will be offered hashish. Also bred for money right on the territory of the hotel. The beach is terrible. There is no entrance to the sea. It's not worth going there with kids. The administration turns a blind eye to everything. The pools and pool bars and the sea close at 5 o'clock! In the evening they drive from the sea. It means you are in prison. Slides are open from 10 to 12 and from 3 to 5. The food is poor, the alcohol is terrible. The disco closes at midnight. They just turn off the music and they don't care that you are relaxing there. Everywhere, they try to swindle you for money. I have no attitude just words, only emotions. I closed my holiday in Egypt for myself forever. The hotel is not worth that kind of money. And yet, when I threatened that I would leave reviews on all sites so that people would know the truth, I was told that tourists would go the same way and they would not care. So my dears, money is not dripping from the sky for you. We all work, and I do not advise you to pay for poor-quality rest. Have a nice holiday everyone.
