We rested at the end of August. I managed to get into this hotel by trusting the manager at the travel agency... In Egypt, it was the first time and most likely the last. It is the first impressions that are always the brightest, and it is because of this viper that these impressions of Egypt as a whole were spoiled. Appearances, as they say, are deceiving. This expression is just about this hotel! The pictures are so cool and beautiful. And really, it's sad. I will not repeat myself in the description of the shortcomings, they have already been written in the reviews here in abundance and this is all pure truth. I'll just describe it briefly. Service - it can be said no, as such! The rooms are dirty, however, as elsewhere in the hotel. To solve some, even the most petty problem - only through swearing at the reception. It is to swear, with obscenities, screams and punches on the reception desk to heighten the effect! Otherwise it's useless! They will listen to you, smile, say that we will solve everything and safely forget it right there. In our room (which, by the way, was given for an additional $ 20) the hair dryer did not work (we did not notice this immediately upon check-in). They replaced the hair dryer only on the fifth day of rugni! Five days of hassle! I no longer take into account the batteries in the TV remote, which were never replaced, despite requests. But batteries are a trifle and they didn’t get on their nerves because of this.
Internet. The Internet is sadness... ((( It seems to be there (Wi-Fi network), and almost on the entire territory, but there is no sense in it. Photos are not sent, sites do not open. Suitable only for checking mail and messaging such as Viber, WatsApp and even that is very rare. Video calls are out of the question. When I was on the ceiling near the reception desk, they changed the router distributing Wi-Fi. And for some time the Internet was full-fledged, but then it was "castrated" - when you connect, a window immediately pops up to enter a login password, where it says that the Internet is only for messaging.
The contingent - when I was 80 percent of the Arabs with their families. I can’t say something bad about them, but being in such a company, to put it mildly, is not comfortable...

Sea. It is unrealistic to enter the water without coral slippers. Or rather, you can go in, but you are guaranteed to get injured. So, if a travel agency promises you an entrance to the sea along the sand - do not believe it! There is a pier, from which there is an entrance to the depth. Everyone swims with snorkels.
The food is tasty and plentiful. In the main restaurant, very noisy, like at the station, a lot of people, for all the most delicious queues. Alacarte restaurants - if you don't go, you have absolutely nothing to lose!
All in all, a total disappointment.
Personally, I'm in this hotel more than a foot! What do you advise!
