Hello to all travelers!
I am writing a long and detailed review about this hotel, apparently the first one, since I myself did not find anything on it (only the description from the hotel) and there are no reviews on the Internet, because the hotel opened on May 1. My Egyptian experience - previously 7 hotels (mostly fives Hurghada, Sharm, Marsalam). We flew in the middle of May from 6 to 13 May.
We flew from Pegasus through the "Northern Wind". We flew on a Boeing 757, for the first time on this modification - the entire cabin is a solid open area for 3 seats with 3 toilets at the end of the cabin. Seats very close together hard and uncomfortable. They fed it is not clear what, the omelette was burnt. We flew 5 hours. We arrived, filled out the cards at the airport (if you want to skip the queue, add $ 5 to the visa and for 20 they will fill you in and skip the queue))). We found a Pegasus stall, took shape through the window and went to the hotel. Our hotel was the second in a row, we drove for about 30 minutes, the landscapes were not inspiring - some kind of trash cans and dumps around - well, we stopped by)) When they brought us to the hotel, it became a little calmer - it seems like a new building.

The reception is generally cool - everything is new, cool design, leather chairs and high-tech style! We put on beautiful bracelets ala Paul Smith (ultraon) ))) We settled in for 15 minutes - I will note a plus immediately that they offered to see the rooms first and only then, if you agree to bring luggage. Standard room 2 single beds, large mirror, LCD TV, safe, bathroom everything is new. We had a 1st floor exit directly to the path and the pool, we almost always went like this))) A small minus the curtains did not close only tulle so that all the time in such a negligee, especially in the evening, everyone sees you (at the end of the holiday they found how to close)).
A welcome basket of fruits is included in the ultra, and the ultra also includes free coupons for: beer at the bar (stella artois 1pc per day), hookah (sucks, as always in Egypt, the coals burn, local tobacco - in general, if you like hookah (and alfaher is not an empty sound for you - do not take it, but if you indulge like that, then you can))) 1 more free coupon for laundry 1 bag can be stuffed a lot.
On the territory - it is very small and "naked" - in 5 minutes you can walk from the reception to the slides. In general, slides and an amusement park are the only reason to go here with children. They are free for hotel guests. For all other hotels for money (from Makadi Heights people came all the time) Slides are open in the morning and in the evening, there are several cool ones that are suitable for adults too. There are 2 super rides for adults in the amusement park - this is a chain (cooler than in Disneyland and Asterix, it feels so sausage that it takes your breath away and the Musical Express is generally training for astronauts, until you ride you feel, as my daughter said - all the shelves are mixed in brain and then for a long time you can’t put things in order))) At night, everything glows and sparkles very beautifully. Fountains change colors, everything glitters everywhere, the castle where the slides are highlighted (disney-like).
In the evening, a mini disco for kids in Polish, in general, animation in Polish mainly, since the owner of the hotel is a Pole and the main contingent of Poles, but there is also a Russian animator girl in the kids club. There is no animation as such, only in the evening there is a mini disco and a show a couple of times (mostly with children).
As for the sea - a hotel on the second line, to come to the beach, you need to do certain actions:

- change cards for towels at your hotel, then go to the reception and take a coupon for booking a place on the beach and a restaurant on the beach (the beach belongs to another Makadi Heights hotel) then exit the hotel, cross the road, go to the Makadi Heights hotel and walk through the hotel to the beach (it took 20-25 minutes for everything about everything from the room). I didn’t really like the beach - the sunbeds and umbrellas are old, the headrests of the sunbeds are almost all broken, there were no problems with places. The entrance to the sea is reefs, therefore, you can’t buy with small children (so everyone floundered ankle-deep at the shore), entering from the pier some squares of the leg hurts, but there is a cliff and fish swim near the pier, you can watch and feed with a mask. But almost all the time while we were hitting big waves and a red flag that you can’t swim (it didn’t stop anyone), so somehow the rescuers dragged a man to the reefs, injured his leg, and dragged him to the hospital. In general, you need to swim very carefully. But the fish really count - you take a bun in a restaurant and with children with masks forward, there are so many fish near you at once that you have to run away so that they don’t eat you, they are all swimming at the pier already apparently fed. We bought cards with the inhabitants of the underwater world and I will tell you that half of the fish from these cards were seen there. The Red Sea is the Red Sea - irresistibly beautiful in the underwater world. Now there is a season of jellyfish there are sooo many of them, you swim straight and catch them with your hands and body, the whole beach was dotted with them.
If you buy something, then there are several shops in Heights and several in Fun City. To Hurghada or to the Mall you need to take a taxi for 30 dollars there and back. It is written that there is a bus every day 2 times a day - forget it! The bus travels in the presence of 8 people, we constantly signed up, but 8 people never got there, so throwing in 4 people is more profitable by taxi.
Internet does not count... Internet - in Egypt with him tight - the hotel does not exist as a phenomenon. There is in the neighboring (Makadi Heights) there they give 3g modems for rent for 15 minutes 5 dollars speed as on dialup (that is, no) to check the mail is enough to send, but no more.
It is written that there is table tennis, but we did not find it, we sent it to a neighboring hotel again and we must reserve in advance and while the sun is shining (it is impossible in the evening).
Nutrition!! ! Well, as they like to write in reviews - "you won't go hungry. " Vegetables - peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, salads, etc. The fruits are scarce - frozen dates, melon, orange. 1 time gave watermelon! For breakfast, yogurt with jam, cereal, rings, balls. Omelettes are cooked and pancakes are baked. There is also rice milk porridge. For hot dishes - baked vegetables, fried chicken, their usual fish. Once they gave red fish. Sweets - bananas are fried with butter and sugar and all sorts of cakes (I don’t know the taste). In general, the food is 4 star Egyptian. Very monotonous. Compare with what was in other hotels. But perhaps due to the fact that there are few people (about 50-80 people in the entire hotel). But after Turkey and Greece or Thailand, food is about nothing. It didn’t bother me because I was on a protein-vegetable diet and ate chicken mostly (I didn’t like the way the fish was cooked), but for those who go to 5 stars and one of the important points of food is better to look for other options.

We flew back on a better plane and the flight attendant girls were very pleased with their work, they even fly faster under such conditions and juice and blankets and smiles. Once again, I was convinced that in any airline there are different crews and who you will get on.
At the airport, they ask for money in the toilet, for those who are not in the know - Egypt is the only country (of those where I have been so far, I heard that it seems like that in Cuba) in my memory where this is normal, they ask for money for everything to bring a suitcase, a road tell me to go to the free toilet - it is not necessary to give money)))
Let me remind everyone - this review is my personal opinion and vision of the situation, I do not impose anything on anyone and perhaps everything will be different for you personally. At the moment, I would not advise my friends to go there. Perhaps in six months or a year everything will work at full capacity and like clockwork, then the whole village can take off, but for now...
Hope the review is helpful.
If I missed something - ask - maybe I'll remember)))
