Rested with the family: me, my husband and a five-year-old child. In general - I liked it. Everything in the hotel is new, modern, clean, the staff is very polite, tries hard.
Full opening of this hotel is scheduled from July 1st. Therefore, during our holiday period, the hotel was populated by 20% of its strength, mainly by Poles and Germans. And this made me happy, there were no crowds of people anywhere, no queues, sunbeds in the morning, etc. Well, just lovely.
The water park is great for adults and kids alike. Luna Park also pleased us every evening. For Fan City residents, everything is free, but for Makadi Heights, which is located on the first coastline, i. e. on the contrary, and which is managed by the same owner, - for a fee. Children under 10 years old are not allowed on adult slides, well, from the age of 9 you can already lie : -) With this, they have strict safety there.

In general, I liked the food, there were, of course, strange dishes (as for the Slavs), but this is understandable.
Of the shortcomings:
- at the time of our vacation there was no Wi-Fi yet, we had to take a modem from the neighboring Makadi Heights, which is expensive - 20 euros per day, but they promised to connect Wi-Fi in two weeks.
- you have to walk to the sea through the Makadi Heights hotel, or they take you by bus, but it rarely runs, which is not very good in the heat, but you really look at the territory of another hotel and compare it with this one for yourself.
- a small selection of fruits (grapefruit, orange, dates, peaches appeared on the last day of rest), and all fruits are sliced, not whole, which is unpleasant; and there was only one kind of fish, there was no seafood at all.
- the animation is still weak, but by the end of our holiday it has already become more active.
- in the Mini-club one girl, a Pole, does not understand Russian and Ukrainian, communicated with her in English.
Almost all hotel staff speaks English. In Russian, only a few words. At the reception, only one Arab speaks a little Russian, but it is better to explain yourself in English. But for me it's not a problem.
The air temperature during the day was +36 - +38 degrees, the water in the sea is warmer than in the pools.
