Makadi Sun is a wonderful hotel!!!
My friend and I rested from 21 to 31 May. Long chose, read the reviews. The agency advised us not to go to Hurghada, but to Madinat Makadi - and WERE 100% RIGHT! Our trip was truly unforgettable.
I'll start in order. On arrival we were very well received. While we were waiting for the resettlement, we, tired from the road, were given cold juice to drink, and not a bred yuppie, but packaged (which was not observed in Turkey). By the way, they settled in 5 minutes and without any additional payments. We had a room on the 1st floor. Since Madinat Makadi is all surrounded by greenery, the view from the window was appropriate : -) The room itself pleased with its size (a sofa was also attached to the beds). To be honest, the furniture in the room is a little old, to open the balcony, it was necessary to make incredible efforts, but we tried not to pay attention to these little things. After all, we were in Egypt!
Kitchen - just lick your fingers! There was a lot of food and most importantly - it was DELICIOUS! And what kind of fish do they have? I still remember. For all 10 days, I didn’t feel like meat at all (although it was in abundance), I enjoyed fish dishes, because I knew for sure that I wouldn’t find anything like this anywhere in Kyiv. And pastries... My grandmother is a confectioner, so I know a lot about sweets. Well, their baked goods are amazing. Every morning the tables were bursting with cakes, and in the evening with cakes. Lunch was fruit.
The fact that Makadi Sun is located on the second coastline is rather not a disadvantage, but an advantage, because the road to the beach passes through the park. You go and admire palm trees, flowering shrubs, trees cut into bizarre shapes (ducks, teapots and something else incomprehensible : -)) There was always enough space on the beach and by the pool. There were no problems, again an analogy with Turkey, when at 9 o'clock almost all the sunbeds were occupied with towels. It was not allowed to leave towels in Makadi for more than 2 hours. The entry into the sea was excellent, no stones, so special slippers are not needed. The water is the purest, you swim, and flocks of fish swim near you. Well, aren't they miracles?
Territory - walk wherever you want! In Makadi, you can freely walk through the entire chain of hotels. Words cannot describe this man-made beauty. You look, and you wonder how such a garden can be grown under such conditions. And also - artificial reservoirs and bridges through them. So if you are a lover of walks, your soul and legs will have a place to roam : -)
Special thanks to the animators! They are just great!! ! All the time they offer something: in the morning - yoga, in the afternoon - aqua aerobics, water polo, on the beach - games. Every evening there are shows in the theater. Animators put on funny scenes, dance. There were also belly dances, a dervish, and also a fakir who hammered nails with his head!! ! Special greetings to Kimo - you are super!!!
So go to Makadi Sun. NECESSARILY! I'll be back there, I know that for sure.
