In less than 3 weeks, there were numerous transfers of flights. We flew with this MOT for the first time (read reviews about them). And one last thing...We'd rather pay more but not have a headache. But the plane is not bad, the knees rest on the front seat only for people with a height of 190. Water was given a bottle only during the flight to Egypt.

Liked the hotel. There are many pools right next to the cottages and there are no problems with occupied trestle beds. There was a choice of hotels and Albatross was taken precisely because of the pools. And they didn't fail. There was wind all day. The son arrived later and was until June 15th. Only one evening he managed to swim from the pontoon and see the reef. Although we went to Marsa Alam precisely because of the reef. I read about the winds, but did not expect that it was so strong! And the Reef in Sharm is beautiful!


SETTLEMENT. Immediately, because we arrived at the hotel at 22.30. Room 2139 - first floor. The second number is the floor.
Buildings are 2-storey. Standard (first digit 1 and 2) and Femeli (first digit 3). So, there is a construction site behind the extreme left row of Femeli. It is a pity for people who paid more and received a knock and noise as a gift. Standards no problem. Our building is located in the middle and the same distance to restaurants and to the sea.

NUMBERS. The rooms have tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom has shampoo and conditioner. Shower gel in the shower compartment in the dispenser. No body lotion. Weird. Seems like a good chain of hotels. We have long been accustomed to the full set. The shower itself is uncomfortable and crooked. It is not clear, because the hotel was built in 2018. The cold water pressure was very weak. And hot boiling water and strong pressure. There is a dryer outside for drying. Take clothespins - the wind blows everything away. And also take fumigators. There are mosquitoes in the rooms. On all floors. The air conditioner works well. There is almost no wind on the bed. There is a chandelier-fan.
But she was shaking so much that I was afraid that she would fly away. Didn't turn on. Beds 2 pushed together. Mattresses are comfortable. Pillows 2: soft and hard. Cleaning is good. The guy tried.

TERRITORY. Big, beautiful. Water the grass, cut the bushes. Everything is neat. Wonderful lighting at night. During the day you don’t see people at all and only in the evening everyone gathers in a restaurant and for an evening program. There are many foreigners, Polish is especially often heard.

Good evening program. Live music. Those who wish can dance. Then a child. And then for adults. But my husband and I walked along different paths around the hotel after dinner.


RESTAURANTS. The food is good. The waiters remember and bring coffee (make in a coffee machine) for breakfast and wine that you like to take. Breakfast is good pancakes and waffles. Well, various omelettes, salads, etc. Dinners, as elsewhere. For lunch and dinner there is always something on the grill standing outside.
There were dinners on the street, when it was just a feast for the stomach! Fridays are awesome big shrimps. In sauce and fried fresh. Delicious! There were also similar evenings on Sunday and Monday. For dessert these days, watermelons and melons. In German Alya Carta by appointment. There are also shrimp. Visited 2 times and always ordered them. In Italian without writing. Everything is delicious. There is a kebab and barbecue. After 12 there is ICE CREAM from the machine everywhere. Pineapple and strawberry. And only White bar has chocolate and vanilla. You can also dine on the beach. And what we met for the first time: in the central restaurant there is a counter where there is disposable tableware with cutlery. And no one forbids taking food in disposable plates to the beach or to your room. Although glass is not prohibited.

BARS liked everything. Waiters carry drinks to vacationers by the pools. For free. But it is not a pity to give a tip. We gave a dollar and they brought us what we love without an order. Nicely.
The most delicious coffee from the coffee machine in the lobby. I read that the Albatros chain is famous for its good grain coffee. By the way, coffee is made in all bars and restaurants.

POOLS. Lots of different depths. Pool workers, seeing vacationers approaching the trestle beds, immediately carry towels without waiting for cards. We lay down on the places closest to the beach. And they killed 2 birds with one stone: they lay comfortably and close to the sea. And close to the beach bar-restaurant.


BEACH. Didn't like it. Trestle beds are wooden, heavy and dead - horror. The mattresses are large, soft, covered with old stained, slightly torn at the seams, leatherette. Fungi without hooks and tables - a bag and clothes had to be put on the sand or hung at the head of a trestle bed. And in order to follow the shadow under the fungus, it is simply impossible to move the trestle beds. There are also tents. For free. But they are convenient when the sun is at its zenith or in the evening. That is why we lay down on the border of the pool and the beach. There trestle beds are excellent.
SEA. Warm!! ! There are approaches from the shore. You can swim with a mask. But the fish are a couple of species, the corals are dead. And from the pontoon they are not allowed - huge waves! But they break on the edge of the ridge, located 150 m from the coast and further to the coast, a calm sea. Then they read about the pontoon, which is located to the left of the neighboring hotel. There is a fixed ladder in the middle. And since this is not on the edge of a coral reef, there are no waves - they are extinguished at the edge. We went swimming there. Some live corals, lots of sea urchins and a few other animals. Apparently, vacationers feed. It’s a pity that I didn’t manage to swim to my heart’s content, I’m going to the sea just for swimming. But because of the wind, be careful with sunburn. You can get completely burned, because because of the wind you don’t feel the sun.

AQUAPARK. Small, but for a change you can ride the slides. Went down once. Children's is good.

QUADROCYCLES. If you go further than the water park, then next to the pharmacy under a canopy there are ATVs.
But the price did not suit us. We've been here many times and the price is much more expensive. Because there are no competitors

SPA. Accidentally saw, it is located to the left of the entrance to the reception. Walked there in the evening. There is also a gym. But in this heat, you don’t want to go to saunas and spas.

TOURS. There is no variety. My son and his family went by boat to Port Khalib. Liked. But the guide from Anex Tour promised his son to celebrate his birthday and free fresh juices. But he deceived. There was nothing. And then he did not answer either the phone or the viber. The main thing is to sell the tour. But we liked the trip. We saw a lot of different things in the sea, including a sea cow. And even a dolphin from afar. Very pleased.


We had an early flight so we were given lunch boxes. Worse we have ever seen. The rolls were left at the hotel. Good thing I made a couple of sandwiches ahead of time.

The receptionist will always treat you with understanding. They speak Russian. They asked to settle their son and his family closer to us, and they did it. Thanks a lot to everyone!
In general, we are satisfied with the rest. The staff is excellent and very respectful to all vacationers. And the hotel is top notch. That's just the wind would subside, and there would be no price for rest !! !
