I arrived at the hotel around 14:00. They greeted us very kindly at the reception, offered us dinner, and then checked us in. Room on the second floor, side view of the sea. The room is cozy, new and modern, the furniture is very comfortable, a large comfortable bed, wardrobes, mirrors, a safe, a refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower, a powerful hair dryer, quality cosmetics (but for some reason there was no shampoo). The interior is very stylish and concise, you can feel the work of the designer. The air conditioner works perfectly. There is a kettle with a set of coffee, tea, cream, sugar.
Water and cosmetics are regularly replenished. Light insulation and sound insulation are good, it was possible to sleep normally.
There is a large glass balcony with a partial sea view, it has a table, 2 chairs and a dryer. The cleaning is excellent, they also spun swans out of towels.
The territory of "Albatros Sea World Marsa Alam 5*" is simply huge, I didn't go around it all. The style of architecture is not oriental, but more reminiscent of American ranches. There are not many plants, the main territory is occupied by pools, there are about 20 of them. There is an aqua park, a mini golf course, and playgrounds for children. The hotel has more than 600 rooms. The interior of the reception is very stylish, with a lot of marble decoration, plants and fountains. There is a pharmacy and shops on the territory.
Food is a strong point of the hotel. There are several main restaurants. The choice of dishes is very large, there are joints for dietary food, there are fried potatoes, hamburgers, pizza and hot dogs, everything is prepared deliciously. Food for every taste. Fresh juices are available for breakfast. Meat and fish dishes are excellent. A huge variety of vegetables and fruits. Lots of desserts.
You can visit an a la carte restaurant once, it is also delicious there. Snacks are prepared almost all day in the bars: potatoes, hamburgers, pizza and others. It is simply impossible to remain hungry or dissatisfied. There are no long queues for food. Waiters bring drinks. Ideally. Thanks to the cooks.
There are also several all-inclusive bars: on the beach, outside the reception, near the pools. The selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails of normal quality is very large. I was pleased to have good coffee.

In Albatros Sea World Marsa Alam 5*, the coral is dead and gray, and there are almost no fish. Snorkeling is no fun. In addition, it is very windy and stormy there, the pontoon is sometimes closed, the hotel does not have a bay. When the hotel coral is not interesting, I try to swim away from the hotel in search of live coral. And it often worked out for me, for example in Makadi Bay. But this time it was not possible to find something interesting nearby.
As soon as I swam 40 meters from the pontoon along the coral, the lifeguard started whistling. But the hotel does not affect the beauty of the coral, so it cannot be blamed for the lack of a bright underwater world. You just need to take this factor into account when choosing a place to rest.

Great food, animations, competitions, activities on the beach and by the pool, I recommend it. Momo Guide will make sure you have fun and you won't get bored with him. The weather is very warm. В Марса Аламе отдыхали впервые. Когда выбирали отель, решили остановить свой выбор на сети Альбатрос, т. к. уже не единожды отдыхали в отелях данной сети и знакомы с их замечательным сервисом. Прилетели в аэропорт Марса Алама поздно вечером, трансфер до отеля занял час. Мы приехали большой компанией из 12 человек и заранее просили своего турагента, чтобы нас поселили рядом, по возможности в один домик. Но к сожалению, на ресепшене сказали, что отель заполнен и нас всех расселили в разные домики. Ругаться не хотелось, была уже ночь, а у нас маленькие дети, которые хотели спать, поэтому согласились.
Номер нам достался Джуниор на 2-ом этаже с красивым видом на бассейны и море. Номер очень большой и красивый, с двуспальной кроватью и раскладным диваном за перегородкой, так что семье с ребенком можно не переживать, всем будет комфортно. Санузел тоже большой. По уборке были вопросы: оставляли уборщику чаевые, но за все время отдыха пол не мылся ни разу. Только менял полотенца и заправлял кровать (хотя у друзей в соседнем домике уборка была хорошая, поэтому как повезет).
Территория у отеля большая и красивая: огромное количество бассейнов, бары, рестораны, амфитеатр, десткий клуб (для деток с 4-х лет), аквапарк для детей и взрослых. Территория ухоженная: повсюду растут красивые кустики, цветы и невысокие деревья и пальмы.
Анимация в отеле хорошая. Каждый вечер в амфитеатре были представления для детей и взрослых, а днем разные активити на пляже и возле бассейна. Особенно было приятно встретить девочку аниматора из Беларуси (Даша привет))На мини диско каждый вечер деткам делали аквагрим (что большая редкость в отелях), малыши были в восторге.
По поводу питания, нам все понравилось. Выбор огромный: много мясных блюд, овощей и фруктов. Каждый день подавали морепродукты и пару раз на ужин было манго, мороженое и попкорн для детишек. Голодными точно не останетесь.
Пляж у отеля большой, есть заход в море и с берега, и с пирса. На пляже много лежаков, место всегда находили даже при 100% заполняемости отеля.
Так что отель нам очень понравился

Отправляла маму по путевке 70 лет одну, но уже в 4 раз. Отель ранее очень понравился. Мы и не стали менять. К счастью отель стал в разы лучше, появились новые домики, обновили ранее построенные, номера и бассейны как и всегда чистейшие.

Связалась предварительно с рецепшн, чтобы не было проблем при заселении. Заселили ночью сразу по приезду и дали отличный номер. В номере всегда присутствовала вода, пиво) и ваза с фруктами. Спасибо администрации, что все дни полностью поддерживали маму. Сами заказали ей время в ресторанах, помогали разобраться с телефоном и вайфаем. Поздравили маму с Днем рождения, что было ей очень приятно. Большое спасибо сотруднику администрации Ахмеду за помощь в поддержке. Теперь собираемся сами уже в 6 раз с 6 ноября. Приедем, как домой)))).

Hotel godny polecenia. Wysoki standard. Przestronne i czyste pokoje. Znakomity widok. Zr? ? nicowane strefy odpoczynku (w tym Stefaniszyn). Pyszne jedzenie. Przemi? a i u? miechni? ta obs? uga. Podgrzewane baseny. Jak na listopad to du? ? zaleta. Jedyny minus to komary… ale tutaj o tej porze to ich sezon.
