Good afternoon, I decided to write a review about this hotel from an ordinary average person) We arrived at the hotel at 5 in the morning, they said to pay $ 25 for an earlier booking, but announced that they would only check in from 7 in the morning. Everyone was tired and did not have the strength to insist that they settle right away. The whole group of those who arrived from Kyiv and with the children slept where they could, why they paid, I don’t understand. I’ll tell you right away about food (basic) this is the worst hotel in Egypt, I’ve been 5 times. If they positioned themselves as 3 *, I wouldn’t write anything. We were given a room with no air conditioner or fridge. The rooms are very old. . . They offered another room, but after going around all the options and having breakfast), we realized that our vacation was ruined. Changed with a surcharge of $ 140 for a room that is closest to the sea with a terrace in order to at least slightly cheer up your friend. Our tour operator insisted (for some reason) on this hotel, they say, why pay more for the neighboring Brayka, that everything is there general. This is not true, I think he just wasn’t in this hotel, you can walk around the territories, but you can’t eat and use anything in a neighboring hotel. Passing by the neighboring hotel and seeing the atmosphere, different activities, higher level and service, the mood deteriorated. Of the fruits, 1 time in a week they gave us a watermelon, it was a real joy))) There were bananas, apples, melon (melon crusts) and green peaches. And there is nowhere to go out and buy, as in Sharm))) Mango fresh juices were sold in a restaurant for 2E))) And you can’t buy fruit anywhere else. According to the main food, meat, fish, just sadness. Separately, I want to write to the manager in the restaurant) Despite all the troubles, I always treat people with respect. In the general restaurant there were always “under-served” tables, I had to go and ask for appliances, at my first request the manager shook his hands (later I realized he was the manager, and I asked him about this) I stopped taking a steam bath, found it on the far tables and didn't ask anyone else. For a 5 star this is strange! Why I started talking about the restaurant manager) On my birthday, they found a letter near the room that I had to give to the restaurant manager) They came for dinner, gave it away, he grimaced again, yelled at the waiter, and we began to expect a surprise))) The waiter approached me 2 times that we can later take out a piece of cake with a candle, I was in a good mood, and of course I agreed when it was almost empty in the restaurant and the waiter approached me asking if I should take out a cake with a candle, etc. , I refused . What a surprise) For those who care about food, I do not recommend this hotel at all! I’ll go on excursions a bit) Were in Luxor, a very tiring excursion, they say that it takes 4 hours to go, but it’s not true - at least 7 hours! . The places are beautiful, but they didn’t remember anything from the information, they ran from shade to shade. We fed at 12 noon and then stopped the bus in very unpleasant places, for ordinary tea with a croissant $ 6, we were at the hotel at 23, no one fed, although we took a tour from our operator. Who is going to see the dugong, like us, do not be fooled by this excursion, it has not been here for a long time) They saw a turtle, very beautiful) Impressed, because of the drive, night snorkeling, but the reefs near the hotel are much better, and we liked one thing about this excursion delicious food for the first time I really liked the quad bike tour, the guys did their best, took a bunch of cool, unusual photos (this tour was taken from the guys in neighboring Braika) On the positive side, this is, of course, the sea, take a mask and fins and enjoy the insanely beautiful underwater world, unforgettable!! !
