We chose this hotel because of the bay rich in wildlife, the sandy shore, the water park and counted on 5 *. I've read reviews and only seen good ones.
I'll start from the very beginning. Check-in: immediately at the reception, we asked for a good room and paid $ 20. This is not necessary! This is the husband so wanted, I think they did it in vain. Then they realized that they had to bring chocolate, they love our chocolate, it's better for them than dollars.
We said that we had a wedding anniversary tomorrow, but as it turned out, they didn’t give a damn, they didn’t congratulate us in any way, zero attention . . They settled us on the first floor near the pools, a view of the pool, but nothing was visible from the first floor, only the main building where restaurant reception and shops, I will attach a photo. The room is not small but nothing special. It immediately caught my eye that the room was dirty, there were no necessary little things in the bathroom, there was only liquid SOAP. And it’s expensive to buy shampoo there from $ 5 and in general their prices are all in euros, and whatever you ask, everything costs 25 euros and more. They speak a little English, a few memorized words in Russian. When you want something from them, you try to explain, they do not understand either Russian or English, or they pretend that they do not understand.
All the staff there spoils the whole picture. Not attentive, not smiling, no one wants to work. We left a dollar in the room every day, the towels were not wound even once, even on the anniversary, from the cleaning it is noticeable that only the bed was made, the towels were changed, but in recent days there were half as many towels, I noticed that there were not enough of them. We are a decent family, and behaved very modestly and cultured, spoke English, but they still don’t like our people there. The Germans are treated much better there. Mostly there were Germans, Czechs and Poles. We are one from Ukraine and one was from Belarus.
From everything I saw, I realized that this is not 5 * at all and does not pull on 4. Zero service. We stopped by, they didn’t even want to take us to the room, they just showed with their hand right there))) I was completely freaked out, said that we wouldn’t find it, we’re here for the first time. Did a favor. They didn’t offer to eat or drink, they didn’t say where to go to eat at what time, at least they showed and told something. We ourselves, like blind kittens, went looking for everything. In short, the feeling is that we didn’t call you, but you nailed it.

The water park is open at lunchtime, I didn’t even remember the hours because we didn’t get to it, we dined at that time and were on the beach. It’s not at all clear why it doesn’t always work, when I wanted to ride then, I have to adjust the pancake - a big minus for the water park.
A bar by the pools, they give ice cream from 2 to 5 days, super service ((as if they stole that ice cream, they gave a tasteless white mixture in a plastic cup at the bottom, you can’t call it ice cream, once there was a mango with chocolate, it was more or less, but they pour it half a cup .
The first row of sunbeds by the shore is occupied from 4 in the morning. I came at 5 am, the first row was already occupied, they occupied the second row. It is necessary to take a pareo or a scarf, tie it to an umbrella, so that it is easy to find your sunbed.
The water is clean warm, we got on windy days, every day there was a red flag. But this did not prevent swimming and snorkeling was a success. air temperature +35 water I don’t know, but they didn’t freeze in the water.
Diving 45 minutes training and a little swim costs 60 euros. For the first time, we understood that only the first half an hour would teach us, it was not worth it. To go on a boat for 2 hours to look for a dugong cow costs 21 euros per person, but it’s not a fact that you will find it, no more than 2 hours are given for this.
