Arrived at 8 am and immediately sent for breakfast. Upon our return, questionnaires were handed out and after filling they were given the keys. The rooms are nice, clean and well furnished. There is a tea set. Of the minuses, there is no mini-perfume (there is a shampoo in the dispenser), you need to take all the soap with you. Room cleaning is good.
The territory of the hotel is beautiful, a lot of greenery and flowers, in the evening everything is beautifully illuminated. There is a deluxe area, you can’t go there with children, and there is a different room rate. But we went in before meeting with the guide (where we were given this information), and we were not kicked out of there. The territory is very clean, they clean it all the time, there are glossy tiles in the buildings (and if there was dirt, then it is immediately visible on it, but it is polished from morning to evening).
In this hotel, the service is generally more like Turkish, very high level. The staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. And although the hotel is focused on Italians (there are 90% of them in the hotel), other nationalities do not feel a lack of service and discrimination.

Separately, I note the level of food in the hotel - very high. The food is not only varied but also very tasty. Lots of fruits: figs, pineapple, plums, mangoes, guava, mini bananas, apples, grapefruit, oranges, pomegranate, grapes, pears, dates, prunes. For the first time I saw in Egypt edible sausages, chicken and beef. Lots of pastries for breakfast: waffles, donuts, donuts with custard, pancakes, various cookies, and croissants with various puffs of course. Pasta for lunch and dinner in the main restaurant is prepared by an Italian, with pesto, with tomatoes, with bacon, in a creamy sauce (very tasty and looks colorful).
There are always several types of meat, fish, a lot of salads, snacks, while they are edible. Dinner is very chic, with lots of grills, and a variety of dishes. Very tasty desserts, really tasty: mascarpone tiramisu, eclairs, oriental sweets, mousse desserts, etc. - death for the sweet tooth. Another important thing for me is that the hotel has excellent coffee: espresso, cappuccino, americano. You can eat in the main restaurant, on the beach, a restaurant in the form of a cave, and in the Gibizo bar by the pool, they make pizza and have a late breakfast. Alcohol in the hotel is not bad, although I'm not a big connoisseur.
And now about the beach, it is huge 500-600 meters. There is an excellent pier, and several sandy entries into the sea, as well as a coral slab. There were always enough free sunbeds, we lay down to the left of the pier, there are generally few people there, since the entry is only from the pier, and the bar is far away - complete relaxation.
But the main disadvantage of the hotel, as for me, is the coral. He disappointed, the coral is dying. They swam everything left and right. A beautiful coral in one place is to the left of the pier (along the outer coral right behind the buoy). There are colors and fishes. We saw a turtle there once. One medium-sized moray eel and a few stingrays - that's all we could see in a week. Although we swam a lot. And after lunch, the sea is muddy, almost nothing is visible. But maybe we're unlucky.
The overall impression of the hotel is excellent, it deserves its rating. The main pluses in my opinion are excellent service and food. The hotel is more suitable for those who love relaxing holidays, as the active animation is more tuned by the Italians (there is an international one, but it is small, and it takes place not in the amphitheater, but in the pool bar, it suited us completely). Yes, another plus, the hotel has good free internet. The overall impression of the hotel is excellent.
